While timelines were a little slow because they are a small team, the service more than made up for it. The rep I worked with was focused on getting it right, and very pleasant to deal with. We went through a few iterations before we got to the final result, but he went beyond the scope of the plugin and helped with a bit of support code that got us all the way to a good solution. I love Search & Filter for it's ease of use. You can watch a quick 10 minute YouTube video and have enough information to set-up advanced filters for your wordpress ACF custom post types. How cool is that?! Should you by chance not understand or get something to work properly their support team is intelligent, timely and incredibly resourceful. I highly recommend this plugin to anyone who is looking for advanced search and filter operations with minimal code setup.

There are many customization options. Unlike many others, Search & Filter allows for horizontal filters.

The customer support of Search & Filter is incredible, a proper class act. Upon finding their plugin service, I was skeptical, as anyone is when trying new software, but after my experience, I won’t be using another provider; Search & Filter will be my go-to! The plugin itself is great and integrates flawlessly with ACF, allowing me to build a pretty neat property listing website. Huge shout-out to Vesla, who answered every query of mine. There are some obstacles for us to set the draft selection filtering and search input has problems in searching. Maybe it needs to be fixed in the future.

I had some difficulty setting it up, but thanks to the technical support, which was very responsive, I managed to do what I wanted.

Excellent plugin, very useful for sorting content in Wordpress, I have been using it for several years and I am satisfied with it. However, the price of the license (v2 to v3) has jumped for no reason from $17 to $35, I would like to be able to multiply my customer rates like that! When choosing this extension, be aware that you become captive and dependent on a service provider who can double their prices overnight. I think the increase could have been done less abruptly and smoothed over time.
After contacting customer service I was able to take advantage of a permanent discount as a long-time user but I am still disappointed with the situation.

Very interesting and robust plugin but still needs to evolve to adapt to my configuration. The support was great to help me find the best solution: available, responsive and very competent.
