Ricky, was very friendly, informative & honest. My experience with Sears Protect Warrenty is not favorable. .Technicians have been trying to repair my refrigerator since Feb. 17th, I have wasted a lot of food, had to eat out, besides all the loading & unloading of the refrigerator. A technician would order a part, it would be delivered in a couple days, but I would be without a refrigerator for 6 days, not once but 3 times.

Fixed the problem and was very friendly the whole time.

Marshall was prompt and courteous, and he explained every he was doing.

Prompt service .unable to resolve leak due to age of unit.explained problem clearly.

The tech was friendly, but focused on the task at hand. Clear and concise as to what was going on and completed. The repair in an efficient manner would definitely use them again

Managed to make 1st appointment to take my money but they did not actually look at the machine. Didn't pull it out, take it apart or even run it through a cycle to get the error message, and then canceled multiple appointments after taking time off work and waiting all day with my bathroom door off the hinges. The time is changing and suddenly you are off the schedule as they no longer have incentive to return if you have already paid. At this point I have lost enough money in time off and the repair work that I could buy the best machine out there.

I need invoice about an estimate given stating problem with ice maker and how much to fix it for my insurance company

Very professional, friendly quick service. Highly recommend Steven for all appliance repair needs.

They have crashed and burned. They used to do a decent job--I could get an appointment within a week or 10 days and it would get done. Now I can't even make an appointment that will stick. I got an appointment for a week out, then they cancelled that and made it for two weeks out, and then that got cancelled, and now it's five MORE weeks out. If they actually get this done, (God willing) they will have taken two months to do this. Two months. I am actively looking at their competition with the intent to switch if I find anything at all worth my money.

Mr Kenneth was very patient. And although our issue wasn’t something difficult he took the time to further EXPLAIN how my appliance worked. I APPRECIATED that because after all of these years of having it, he told me something I didn’t know.

The technician was very knowledgeable about my washer and it's brand . I gave him the the 3 codes that showed up on the washer and he knew right away what the problem was.
