Horrible horrible customer experience. Every year the same when we have to extend our SSL certificate. Every year calls and emails and hours are invested just to get our own SSL certificate extended. Customer support that cant even speak clearly or correctly.

You tell us to be honest in our reviews but you really don't mean it when you set all these guidelines and say we need to play nice and conform to the guidelines. Well here's the truth of my experience Jaison was very nice and polite and even made me feel like they were making an effort to solve the problem. Now the but... in the end it's always the same. The problem is not solved. It gets past off to the next in line and on and on it goes. That's OK though you done got your money but I still haven't got what I paid for and your website lies to me telling me how simple and quickly I will receive what I'm buying. Patently Waiting Tick Tock

They do not clearly articulate that you are dealing with third parties. They take no responsibility for any of the products they sell. The customer service will send you from one person to the next not really caring what is happening. AVOID.

Absolute fraud. 45 minutes of being transferred from one person to the next. Each time being told its not my department it is (Support, Customer Service, Validation, Finance)

Had an issue with validating a domain, contacted Paul in support and we have rectified the issue within 15 minutes!

Dopo oltre un mese che abbiamo ordinato (e pagato!) da loro un certificato SSL EV, non riusciamo più ad avere alcun contatto con loro: gli abbiamo scritto numerose volte, sia aprendo dei ticket sia scrivendo alle loro mail, ma non ci hanno mai risposto.
