The customer service and care right from the sales man to Michael in the office and the installation team would definitely use Again if the need arose.

We have had an excellent experience with Secure Glaze. Starting with the salesperson, AJ, who visited our property and had a thorough look at the windows. Gave options, but did not apply any force on us signing with them on the day (We ended up signing up there and then as the price was so good and AJ was very personable).

The surveyor that visited a few weeks later was very friendly and went through all the measurements. He was aware there were time constraints in the visit due to pre-existing appointment, and was very considerate of this. We even changed the design on a couple of windows, but it was no trouble for them.

There was regular communication with Michael in the office and he was also supportive when discussing installation.

The installation team on the day were friendly, caring and polite. They arrived at 9am and started removing the old windows and within no time at all the new frames were fitted. Naturally there was mess, but this is to be expected when fitting windows, and the team worked hard to clean up after themselves! They never took a break, only to have a few cups of tea and coffee. The finish of the frames and windows look excellent and the finishing of the trim and caulking is very good also.

I would definitely recommend Secure Glaze to friends and family.

This company was a breath of fresh air at last a professional team came to my house and carried out a very high quality job they were very polite and helpful cleaned up all the mess after the windows were fitted i would recommend this company to my friends in the knowledge they would be happy with the work which was carried out thank you once again John

I was impressed from the outset , their Sales manger (A.J.) was both professional and courteous. His product knowledge was immense he knew the product inside out and was able to communicate this knowledge very effectively. In fact it was his enthusiasm for the product that convinced us to go with SecureGlaze.
The surveyor advised a couple of little tweaks which worked admirably and again was courteous and polite and a pleasure to deal with.
The fitters were amazing, they were like a well oiled machine everybody knew their role and duties. The team leader (Naz) and his team did an amazing job with a well practiced economy of effort and attention to detail. The whole fitting took one day, albeit a long one ! A superb job done
There were two very small glitches which I relayed to Michael, who then promptly arranged for them to be rectified which was done three days later. Michael deserves a mention for his patience and great Customer Service.
All in all a good job well done, all the members of SecureGlaze did their very best to ensure total customer satisfaction.
I have no reservations recommending this company, in fact I will use them again when the need arises.

From the quotation to the work and delivery, they have simply been wonderful.
Andy came to install 2 windows upstairs, he was amazing, very professional and friendly. Did an amazing job in less than a days work, he worked very tidy and clean and his experience and expertise definitely show in the work he delivered. I absolutely love the 2 rooms now with beautiful and superbly installed quality glazing.
This company certainly offers very competitive prices for uncompromised quality of work.

A very talented and experienced pair of fitters, Adeel and Hardeep, who did a great job of installing 12 window panels and 2 doors in less than 10 hours! Job pretty well done and dusted! They have been extremely professional and helpful let alone the fact that they were working on a weekend and that one of them didn't drink or eat anything because of Ramadan. I'm impressed by their perfectionism in every aspect. Thank you to the whole team too, the seller and the surveyor as well as Carl who tried to get things done asap.

Overall great experience. Had small issue with sub contractor (who they no longer work with) marking repairs as complete when they didn’t turn up. However once this was flagged to head office the repairman was at my house within 3 days and repairs completed. Dealt with someone called Ricky who was very friendly. Overall great experience despite the minor hickups.

I had Secure Glaze UK replace my rear Kitchen door today, I am very pleased with the service I received from them. Naser who was the main fitter and his assistant both very professional and polite, left the house clean and tidy after the installation, this is the 2nd time I have used Secure Glaze UK and will use them again in the future as the work is very Good.

Really Great Customer Service and Installers, From the first appointment and agreeing a price, the surveyor spending extra time measuring up due to odd size windows, and installed in under 8 week with a really pleasant installer who was respectfull and really tidy .

Had an amazing experience putting in 21 windows in our property. Bilal sales person gave precise and clear information in regards to what was being sold and delivered, in a no pressure quotation sales pitch. Having dealt with Michael on reception professionally for a few queries a long the way, delivering a very high quality service and product. The fitting literally spread over three days in a clean and professional standard. Had a chat with Ricky in management, about some queries related to fitting and were dealt with in a very professional manner. Top guys from sales all the way to fitters, reception and management. Highly recommended

I had 4 windows fitted which I am extremely happy with.
The fitters Adeel & Hardeep (07 fitting team) were polite, professional and did a thorough job. They respected my property, then on completion they made sure I was satisfied & ensured all waste was removed from inside & outside my property.

I recently had 2 Bay windows installed very reasonably priced by Secure Glaze UK, The staff are Polite and helpful, Shahzad who I spoke with 2-3 times answered all my queries promptly and was very helpful, and the 3 fitters that came installed the 2 Bay Windows were very polite and professional and cleaned all the mess from the installation from inside the house and the Garden, I’m happy with the work and will be using Secure Glaze UK again, and will recommend to anyone of my friends and family who require Double Glazing, thank you again

I had 5 rear windows installed and I’m very happy with the result that Adeel & Hardeep have done. I have 30 plus steps to my front door and neither complained carrier all their gear to the door. The work was professional and I’m so pleased with the result, would recommend secureglaze to anyone

New front door and bay window. I have nothing more than to say than the quality of the product is amazing and the installing team, Nas and Saad, were brilliant. 5 to 6 Weeks from order to install, Work eventually completed in just over 5 Months.
I would like to say that i was kept informed through out, but i can't. Eventually had to threten to cancel to get the job completed. Poor service, Poor Comunications and a poor standard of work. Still finding bits of plastic and metal around the house
