I was very happy with the service I had from secure glaze the staff were lovely Ajish the salesman not pushy at all just wanted to help Ricky the gentleman I spoke to on the phone very helpful and trustworthy and sorted out some problems we had with no problems and the fitters were friendly hardworking and professional and cleaned up after the work they did I would highly recommend thank you Mandy smith

I placed two different orders for the house to have new windows and Porch. I was satisfied with the waiting time and staff was understanding and friendly to talk to , felt like family . Finally I was given a installation date and was so looking forward to it , fitters were very good and professional, especially Nas as he understood my preferences and how I wanted the work to be done , so I was happy with my new windows how they looked . Porch was fitted nicely too and was happy with the work . The only negative experience was a lot of chasing and not being able to talk to the specific staff member in question , other then that I do recommend the company and rate their work to be really good 😊.

From start to finish the service from secure glaze was great, the salesman Bilal was honest and upfront about everything, we spent 13k for windows doors and cladding. Secure Glaze gave us a lead time of 12 weeks and they got the job done in 10. I would definitely reccommed secure glaze to family and friends.

Overall they were very professional and did a very good finish. I had a backdoor upvc and composite door completed. They were good priced compared to other competitors, I would have gave 5 stars, but it did take them 3 months from signing contract to completion. But most other companies had a similar timeline too due to being closed during the Xmas hols.

Highly recommended to anyone who is getting there windows done, the quality and service has been 5 stars from start to finish really professional from sales, head office to fitters. The fitters worked like a fine oiled machine....on point nothing was too much for them in particular, Constantin and Naz top lads and I haven't even started on the quality of the window, if i could give 100 stars i would, its a no brainer to use these guys

Had my windows replaced by this company and they were great. Kept me informed with everything that was going on and the quality of the windows fitted are excellent.
The workers were really hard working and caused little disruption whilst they worked. The finishing touches around the windows are conservatory doors are superb. Look really nice and neat.
Would recommend this company. Hassle free and top quality.
Would use again.

We had two windows replaced and although the starting date was delayed due to Covid the job was done well, workers were polite and friendly with minimum dust and windows are good condition.
