I hire them to replace the windows in my 2 rental properties. First contact very professional, fast response and quick to quote on site when viewing the flats. The price is very affordable compared to other companies in the market and the fitting was done very quickly. The windows are high quality and come with guarantee. Secure Glaze have done an excellent job of replacing the French Doors in my property. I expected the work to take a very long time, with lots of rubble and noise, and thought I might need to hire a skip to take all the old wood and glass away. Imagine my delight when the job was completed, within an hour or so after the two workers arrived, leaving me with no mess and a perfecty fitted new product.

I found the service and workmanship at Secureglaze excellent and would have no problem in highly recommending the company.

The whole experience was excellent from sales to installation. The windows and doors are very good quality and were installed efficiently. We had to wait bit longer because of Covid but after they fitted we can not complaint so it was worth waiting for honestly. The trims previously looked nasty and now look professionally done. Fitters were very professional, all the mess cleaned up as they went along.

We would highly recommend to other customers.

My desire for have new windows, goes a long way. I contacted a number of companies, but could not afford the price, and contacted secure Glaze UK, and a very gentle, kind representative called Raj, came to our home and convinced us with payment scheme, and took lot of time and gave us courage with accurate measurements, which comply with the building rules and regulation. Raj was excellent in his work, and assured us 100% of reliability and workmanship. My windows were quite massive, and Raj came second time to confirm the measurements that everything is done in pristine and accurate manner. Raj has lots of patience and friendly attitude towards his clients, which makes life easy and comfortable for all of us. I will recommend Secure Glaze UK, to many of my friends and family. For my home it is a life time asset, having new windows which keep my home warm and comfy. I am happy, with all the work, which was carried out in a days time. Excellent products from secure glaze. We had our windows and doors fitted 2 days ago. Excellent work completed by the fitters who also cleaned the mess as they went along. Very good customer service by Raj who kept us informed all the way. Also 15 years guarantee which is a bonus.

Secure glaze UK installed a door and two windows recently, I was satisfied with their professional service from start to finish. The installer was very efficient and very tidy and all within Covid rules.

What a fantastic company and a great representative. I came across secure glaze and was skeptical but did not regret it one moment. There representative Arfaan came and explained to me all different types of windows and doors. Very polite. Honest and professional. Once I placed the order, I was kept up to date with installation dates.

During the works, a chap named Ant and his team were A++++++. Nice lads and knew exactly what they were doing. They are tidy workers and the best bit is they cleaned up afterhemselves once all the works were completed.

Highly recommend this company and 100% be using them again.

We had a friendly experience with the installation team Tony and Matt who provided a good service. The Covid-19 situation meant less contact than usual but over all cleaned up and windows look great.

We have just had our windows completed by this company (Wednesday 4th and Thursday 5th March 2020). From the very beginning this company were superb. We initially found a lot of companies wouldn't complete the job on our windows as the house is steel framed (pre-fab) however Secure Glaze explained that although this does make the job trickier their fitters were experienced enough to complete it. We were also very happy with the 15 years guarantee they had to offer.
We were visited initially by a wonderful salesman called Shaz who explained fully what the job entailed and showed great knowledge and expertise. At no point during the sales meeting did we feel pushed by Shaz to make a purchase, as we had done with other companies previously.
They were then very quick to survey the house and give an estimated date for fitting.
When the day of fitting arrived, two workmen arrived promptly and worked thoroughly thoughout the day. Both lads were pleasant and hard working and they left the house as they found it, cleaning up as they went along.
Overall, the experience with Secure Glaze has been excellent and we are very happy with the finished product. We would definitely recommend the company to anyone and thank them for their incredible service!

We requested 3 quotes from an independent website. Secureglaze uk offered a straight forward price compared to the other 2 companies.

Shaz (Sales Represenative) telephoned and was very pleasant and easy to talk to, we arrnage a time which was convenient to us both.
Shaz is a true sales professional, treating us with both curtesy and respect while quoting for exceptional quality and outstanding value for money double glazed windows and a composite door, there was no sales pitch, no hard selling, just a pleasant experience. We agreed a great price which was below other companies quotes, which is always a good start. After looking at the quality and build of the window example, we agreed a sale, which was not pressured in any way, quite a refreshing change from other bigger companies !
The surveyor arrived (Anthony), who measured up and explained all that we needed to know regarding the work to be done, He was really pleasant and easy to talk to.

The agreed date of fitting arrived in the first week of December, Anthony and his brother James are a great team of fitters, they explained what exactly was going to happen, when and where and got to work straight away, there was hardly any mess at all, and made sure that any mess was cleaned away, we did not have to redecorate, Which is a bonus !

I cannot recommend Secure Glaze UK enough, the whole experinece was really good, stress free, and very professional.
