I am writing this review to warn potential customers about the serious service deficiencies and unprofessional conduct I have experienced with this business.

Due to errors acknowledged by the company itself, I incurred unnecessary and entirely avoidable expenses. Despite the business accepting full responsibility for their mistakes, I am now over 2 months into waiting for a promised refund with no resolution in sight.

Throughout this extended ordeal, I have been exceptionally patient and understanding, allowing ample time for resolution while maintaining professional communication with their team. However, this patience has been met with continued delays and broken commitments.

This is not merely poor customer service, it is a complete failure of professional standards. When a business acknowledges their errors and commits to rectifying the financial impact on their customers, the failure to follow through constitutes a serious breach of trust.

The financial strain caused by their original mistakes has been compounded by their inability to process a straightforward refund in a reasonable timeframe.

I strongly advise potential customers to consider whether they can afford to have their money tied up indefinitely should this business make errors with their service. Based on my experience, their promises regarding refund processing are unreliable at best.

When I had an issue with my screening I contacted your support team and spoke to Tom who was very polite to me and very helpful during the process, Tom is definitely a fantastic member of your customer service team who deserves a good review, Thank you so much.

When we hit an issue with the screening I panicked, Jon & Tom however took it all in their stride, found a work-around, I can't praise Jon & Tom enough for their patience and expertise in getting the issue successfully concluded, in a timely manner, and with such positivity.

The admin dealing with my BPSS was very helpful in getting my information sent off.

I had issues and queries during my application process, but Yuliia P made it so easy and smooth! She was very kind, helpful, fast, and understanding. She explained and was proactive in giving solutions and definitely the definition of a 5/5 customer service team!
