I ordered something, and 4 days later no update on my order at all, despite emailing customer support. Which I can't contact

I received the pillow that I ordered and loved it, but I kept waiting for a bedspread. It never arrived and then I got a refund. I really wanted the bedspread and sent a couple messages about it, but haven’t heard.

They were a gift, and are very satisfied! Thank you

their customer service is non existent, will not answer emails will not return my calls, when I call it comes up as a different business name lightsdaddy,, don't deal with them, buy somewhere else

This is a fake company. If you pay with PayPal it will not let you use your credit card. You have to use your bank info. They will not ship the product. They will tell PayPal it was delivered. PayPal will not refund your money. It’s a straight scam. They are thieves.

Unfortunately I received the completely wrong item. I’ve called multiple times and sent 3 emails with no response on how to return, replace or get a refund. I would no recommend purchasing from this company.

Would be great if they didn't "dropship" from Amazon and if what I ordered actually arrived. When I order things, I like and expect to receive them. Sounds crazy, I know. Otherwise, great experience! Pop-ups on site are minimal and the customer service never responds!

Ordered 2 Wejoy Tanning Chairs on November 25, 2025. The chairs were never received. The company never replied to email or voice message refund request. Avoid this company!

Awful. Immediate credit card charge, amazon tracker provided that leads to no where. They’re a total scam, don’t bother. If it seems too good to be true, it’s bc it is!

I ordered and paid for an item from their website on December 31, 2025. On January 2nd, I received an email from them telling me the item was on its way, and they gave me a tracking number (an Amazon tracking number). I clicked the link, and got to the Amazon.com website, where I was informed that the tracking number "doesn't exist."

I have written three emails to them (never got responses), called them (couldn't reach anyone), and then used a "contact form" from their website, which has also not been answered. As of today, I'm tossing in the towel.

I think I've been scammed. I have to take it up with my card company now, I guess.

Ordered a Christmas gift and as soon as I ordered I got a notification "order is on the way" which was 9 days ago. I have been calling, emailing, and trying to contact someone via chat with zero responses trying to get the status of my order. Super quick to charge my card but will not respond. I have tried contacting them every day for the past 5 days.

I placed an order on December 1st and have heard nothing or received the item 3 weeks later. I have tried to contact them several times with no response.

Zero communication from customer service. Sent an email saying my order was in route and 6 days later got an email saying they cancelled my order Absolutely horrible customer service.

If I could give a negative star...Contacted them several times with no response. I ordered 3 pairs of sheers but only received one pair. I returned the one pair, but was not given a full refund for my purchase of 3 pairs.

I bought a business card holder from here. It arrived quickly and as described on the website.

No response to any phone call or email. They said my item has shipped but no tracking or details on shipment. Not sure if my item is even truly available

I had previously written a 1 star review after not getting my item and not not being able to contact anyone via website chat and email for a week. But after the review I did hear back from someone on the chat and someone emailed me back a few days later. My item was lost in the mail and they took responsibility and issued me a full refund.

I was offered the best deal by a significant margin on nightstands that matched our bedroom set perfectly. After placing the order, the status immediately changed to “shipped,” but it actually took over a week before they were truly on their way. That said, they arrived 11 days after ordering, which isn’t too bad overall. The nightstands came directly from the manufacturer, who did an excellent job packing them—they arrived in perfect condition. Shipping took a bit longer than promised, but given the price and quality, I’m satisfied with the purchase.

Ordered a chair and paid for it -they claim it was lost in transit and never refunded me. SCAM. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM>
