I bought a chair on their website for £625. They then increased the price to £975, canceled my order, and suggested that if I want it I pay more.

Do not trust the (fake) 5stars reviews: all of these customers did only one review and that to me is very suspicious.

I purchased tv trays from Select Furniture Store on 7/8/22. The shipping was slow, but once received the purchase was fine. Until yesterday, just 8 mths after purchase I went to use one of the trays and found the leg was snapped in two. Keep in mind the trays were only used a handful of times since purchase. I contacted the the company and they will not do anything about this. This was not a cheap purchase. So now I only have 3 usable trays and no recourse. DO NOT buy from them... they will NOT stand behind their products or help you reach the manufacturers at all.

I had an amazing experience with them, I was able to make my purchase smoothly and safely. Plus when I couldn’t find my tracking number, they replied to my email asking for help extremely quickly! Everyone was very nice and helpful and my table came within a few days, awesome service! Highly recommend!!!

This is a rip off seller. They claim I got and signed for what I ordered which is an absolute lie.
They say it’s my responsibility to prove differently.
I called the so called delivery company and they don’t have clue.

Purchased a standing mirror that was cracked when we opened the box. I am trying to return/replace the mirror, but am stuck in an endless email loop and they don't answer the phone, either. Worst customer experience ever. I hope Visa can step in to reverse the charge, as I am getting nowhere with this company.

Very bad communication...false tracking numbers, and false delivery dates....very, very frustrating..don’t waste your time and money with them. There are much better reliable companies out there.

If I could give a 0 rating I would. This company is worse than any other I have dealt with EVER.
- They do not allow you to cancel an order after placing it.
- They don’t respond to queries either via phone or email.
- Then best of all when they send the wrong product they completely ignore your requests to get info on how to return it forcing you to file a protest through PayPal.
- through the protest process you will learn how slimy they really are when you learn they are willing to give you a refund only if you pay to return the product yourself. Yes there mistake and you have to pay to fix it. Here is the absolute best. The product I bought was a king size headboard. I paid including tax and shipping $234. I learned it is too big to ship USPS so I checked FedEx. Their cheapest cost to ship it back is $246 so it’s not really worth it.
- Bottom line thanks to this company ... it looks like I spent over $200 for a headboard that doesn’t match my bedroom furniture with no way to resolve it.

I highly recommend you look to another company to buy your furniture.

I've had it for a year and a half and it still feels pretty firm. The support has remained firm yet cozy. Very comfortable and stays cool.

The product are of decent quality. The delivery is made on time.
