Couldn't ask for better service from start to finish. I sold my guitar with SUYG on commission and their communication and transparency was perfect every step of the way. This was the most hassle free experience I've had when selling any musical instrument and I believe I received more money for my guitar than I if I had chosen to sell privately on Reverb or eBay.

Honestly the best experience I’ve ever had with buying a guitar, I’ve purchased a lot of guitars in my time online and in stores and I must say this was so pleasant and easy!
I saw the LTD M-1000 I’ve wanted for sometime being sold on eBay through sell us your guitar, I contacted the store directly and spoke for a long time with Tom who was an absolute legend, he answered all my questions and was so helpful and kind!
Before I knew it, I’d bought the guitar and it was with me in a few days In perfect condition!
The stores guitar tech Aleks even set the guitar up in my preferred tuning of drop C#.
I cannot recommend these guys enough!

Superb service provided from start to finish. Very reasonable price offered for instrument, which included a packing set (box, tap, measuring tape etc). Payment is made directly into your bank account!

I had been looking for a mandolinetto for a while and spotted one on the sellusyourguitar website. The thought of buying a 120 year old instrument online was a bit daunting, but the combination of photos from every angle and a very thorough description convinced me to make an enquiry. After swapping a few emails a deal was struck, and the instrument was with me the next day. Great communication and great service.

Traded a couple of guitars for lovely USA strat , they gave me a great trade in and are super helpful and friendly. All I can say is I found them a great set a chaps 👍👍👍👍👍👍. Be warned so many cases which are tempting to open 😂😂👍👍👍

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff, i took 4 guitars in for them to sell on my behalf and they were all sold within a few weeks. They also have a 30 day full refund policy, if you don't like a guitar you've bought from them you can return it,i've done this a couple of times and was refunded without question [ nothing wrong with the guitars it was just my personal preference]

I spoke to a very friendly & helpful member of staff at there warehouse. He took me through the options of selling my acoustic guitar. I tried some of the second hand guitars in stock with no pressure to purchase. We agreed a deal to sell my guitar and in 5 days it had been sold.
I throughly recommend this company and don’t be put off by the slightly shabby building.

I had a guitar I wanted to sell but was also in the market for a different type of guitar. As luck would have it they had some great options of second-hand guitars for sale. I received my quote for the sale of my guitar promptly and also had great correspondence with the team on advice of which guitar I should go for as part exchange. They were super helpful and the whole process was seamless. Highly recommend!

My whole purchase experience was really great. I had not heard of the company before I bought this bass. I would recommend them. The team responded to my questions quickly, and are knowledgable. The people I dealt with knew the instrument and each other, there is a bricks and mortar shop, with real people. It was a used, big ticket item for me, so I telephoned the shop for verification, which was reassuring. Paperwork was all neat and tidy, they put up with all my idiosyncrasies and the bass arrived safely and quickly. Five stars. I'd give six if I could! Alecks, Jamie, Lewis and the team - well done. I've now bought two guitars from Sell Us Your Guitar, both times it has been a very positive experience. They are friendly and helpful, and the guitars have arrived very promptly and very well packaged.

I've always been very wary of buying a guitar online. With wood being a natural organic product, no two pieces are the same, and you can't really know what a guitar is like until you pick it up and try it. Even if the name on the headstock is that of a big name brand, that doesn't necessarily mean much, there are good and bad examples of big name brand guitars out there.

But I've been very impressed by the 'Luthier's Report' that Sell Us Your Guitar offer for the instruments I've bought from them. Both times, after I bought the guitar and it arrived, I thought their report/review was very fair and accurate. Which gives me great confidence that I can trust their assesment of a guitar I haven't yet played. I'd highly recommend Sell Us Your Guitar if you are looking to buy a second hand instrument.

Second time I buy from these guys, a great team, it doesnt matter who deals with your enquiry, they are all quick to reply and everything is done seamlessly.

I love my latest purchase, packed really well and shipped quickly.
