Had to make THB payments. From First to last one there was no issues. Bradon went out of his way to book dates in to call me to remind me of payments that had to be made. Transfer time was same day and extremely efficient. I would recommend this team (Bradon, Ben & Ollie) to anyone wanting a reliable and friendly way to make payments. Just Fabulous!!!!

In a time of ever increasing AI deep faking and assisted scamming, transferring money internationally is always going to be area which increases anxiety levels. However, my Australian bank recommended Send for this service, and I can confirm that Joel at Send ensured that my international transfer was easy, well co-ordinated, well-communicated and fast. So, anxiety levels were minimised. I have no issues with recommending Send (and especially Joel) for anyone who needs to transfer money.

It's very stressful sending multiple large sums from an oversea's trust account. Thomas and Ollie from Send payments did a great job to make sure everything went smoothly. Fully recommend

It is a leap of faith using a foreign exchange broker. The fear of being scammed is massive. I spoke to two members of staff at Send and had Ollie as my account manager. Both were incredibly understanding and patient about my hesitancy. The service is very friendly and professional. These guys work hard - Ollie had barely any time off over Christmas and works long hours to enable contact with European clients.

Send specialise in transfers of large sums. I compared with Wise and for the transaction we needed to do, we would have lost $4k if we used Wise.

The transaction is not instant. For the first one my bank held it over for a day, possibly as it was a large sum to a new payee for me. Subsequent transactions went through faster, but I did have to make transfers over Christmas and nothing moved on the bank holidays as you might expect. However, the rate was locked in days before when I committed to the transfer so all good.

I am docking one star, just because the website seems entirely pointless other than to enter your details initially whereas with Wise I have done my transfers entirely via the app. Everything is done over the phone, which is fine, and actually reassuring for large sums, but someone in the UK needs to transfer to me and it would be way better if they had a call centre in the UK rather than needing to do everything in AEST.

Have used them for GBP and EUR to Australian dollars. The bank in the UK gave me a hard time transfering the money but the guidance and help from Send was great, making it a smooth transaction. Would definately recommend them.
