I made a mistake when ordering my cash and everybody I dealt with was so incredibly helpful to me. The rate was the best I could find but the real reason I would go back was because the service I received by email, on the phone and in person was exemplary

Easy to use, and order currency online at the best rates. Currency denominations supported so you don't land in a foreign country and buy your first coffee with a 100 EURO or USD bill. Pickup od currency was easy eith multiple locations available. I used MetCentre at Sydney's Wynyard CBD. Nice lady served. Polite and efficient.

Great experience from ordering to communication and quick easy delivery

There was a little hiccup with $$ not being able to be delivered to the post office - the team kept me up to date on when the issues was resolved and my order could be placed. This order was processed with ease and simplicity. I was also kept up to date of the status of my order (via phone call). Would highly recommend the service. Trustworthy with highly competent staff.

Easy to follow instructions and quick turn around for delivery of foreign currency to rural town

Exchange rate and service fee were accepatble. The delay is getting the cash to me was not. I was advised 3 days but it took more than a week. I realise this was not S Money's fault however I nearly didn't get the delivery in time for my trip so would have been helpful to have been given a more realistic delivery time-frame.
