Process was easy enough and rate is reasonable. What annoys me is the $26 delivery to a post office for an envelope. It's not big or heavy.
Straight forward business to deal with. Great rates, easy process to purchase and convenient locations to pick-up! Ordered processed and ready for pick-up within 24hrs! Will definitely use again.

A Very Efficient Service
A very efficient process with confirmation of my payment arriving promptly. My only issue was that when I arrived at the designated bureau the cashier was on a break. So I walked to the other bureau in the CBD but was told on arrival that I could only collect my foreign currency at the money exchange office that I had previously nominated. So I had to retrace my steps. It would be helpful if offices are not fully staffed during all business hours for customers to be able to make an appointment rather than having to wait.

S-Money are the standout for FX
S-Money are the standout for FX. Not only are rates competitive, the service and attention to detail and customer support is absolutely outstanding. Sagun from S-Money was with us every step of the way, communicating the how, the what and the when and is a huge asset to the S-Money business. Would absolutely recommend and will be the FX provider of choice for all our overseas travel and cross border transactions for our business as well.
