Process was easy enough and rate is reasonable. What annoys me is the $26 delivery to a post office for an envelope. It's not big or heavy.
Straight forward business to deal with. Great rates, easy process to purchase and convenient locations to pick-up! Ordered processed and ready for pick-up within 24hrs! Will definitely use again.

Generally a good experience and great price
Generally a good experience. Priced well. Has changed from home deliveries to pickup from AusPost or other outlets. We did do a pickup from an outlet, not AusPost. At this outlet the details of my license apparently were different to my actual license but the funds were released. Also getting in touch with smoney did take a few calls and time to get through. There was an issue with e-mail however when I did get hold of someone they were very helpful and issue was resolved.

First time using S money
First time using S money and I'd recommend them to anyone wanting a secure reliable and efficient service. From the moment I ordered currency I was regularly kept up to date. Recieved notifications my order was ready to pick up in a few days. All bills were in perfect condition.

watch out for the forints quote
all fine
The guy at Circular Quay counted the money in front of me.
However I have been misled by you at first sight. I wanted to by some Hungarian forints as well and on the front page you appeared to be offering about 100 forints per 1AUD. So i ignored it. However when I got home I tried the quote button just for fun and it offered me a more realistic 200 forints per 1 AUD. BOY DID I FEEL ANNOYED!
So please be realistic in the initial outlook on your site.

I booked a pickup with a long notice to no avail
I booked a pickup with a long notice and SMoney could not keep the commitment. I had to change to delivery and pay $ 23 for that which is an outrageous amount of money.

We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused and for not meeting your pickup commitment. We did attempt to inform you of the issue in advance. The delivery fee is charged by Australia Post and is unfortunately outside of our control. We are sorry for the experience and hope to make it up to you in the future.

Nearly one week to receive my money after paying $25 for the service. Way to slow and wasn’t informed by anyone that it would take so long. Will certainly look for better options in the future

Funds available early, cashier had the currency ready and after verifying me and confirming the email advice counted the cash by denomination and by bank totals back to me. He was very helpful and professional
