S Money Reviews

Easy order and relatively quick to receive at post Office

I’ve used S Money multiple times, and the experience has always been great—except for this recent order. The money we received was about $50 short. I informed them immediately, and they investigated the case, but all I got in response was that they had confirmed the correct amount of notes was packed in the envelope.

Apparently, they have a camera system that allows them to trace and verify the packing process, and according to that system, everything was done correctly. So they closed the investigation, and that was that.

I’m still quite disappointed with how it was handled. I really liked using this company, but all I know is that the money was definitely missing, and I’m not going to get it back.

I’ve used SMoney many times and will continue to do so.

Used s money at least 5 times with all different currency ,never had a problem ,next day delivery, will definitely use again thanks for your great service

Great rate. Easy order process and arrived at my location in 2 days

Prompt response and talking to real people. More than helpful couldn’t fault service

Good exchange rates, very convenient location.Highly recommended.

I made a mistake when ordering my cash and everybody I dealt with was so incredibly helpful to me. The rate was the best I could find but the real reason I would go back was because the service I received by email, on the phone and in person was exemplary

Easy to use, and order currency online at the best rates. Currency denominations supported so you don't land in a foreign country and buy your first coffee with a 100 EURO or USD bill. Pickup od currency was easy eith multiple locations available. I used MetCentre at Sydney's Wynyard CBD. Nice lady served. Polite and efficient.

Easy, straight forward ordering of the currency and amounts that I wanted. easy pickup

Excellent communication
Prompt Service
Efficient pickup

Great experience from ordering to communication and quick easy delivery

There was a little hiccup with $$ not being able to be delivered to the post office - the team kept me up to date on when the issues was resolved and my order could be placed. This order was processed with ease and simplicity. I was also kept up to date of the status of my order (via phone call). Would highly recommend the service. Trustworthy with highly competent staff.

Easy to follow instructions and quick turn around for delivery of foreign currency to rural town

Exchange rate and service fee were accepatble. The delay is getting the cash to me was not. I was advised 3 days but it took more than a week. I realise this was not S Money's fault however I nearly didn't get the delivery in time for my trip so would have been helpful to have been given a more realistic delivery time-frame.

very simple process from start to finish, on my experience with this company i would highly recommend them, will use them again when needed. received exchange within 3 days which included day of application .

Used them again today, speedy service at a great rate 👌

I have used S Money a few times and they are super efficient, reliable and safe. Also well secured process.

I have used this company several times now and the rate I received has always been competitive. The process is easy and the customer service is friendly and efficient.
