S Money Reviews

Order process was simple. Emails and directions were very clear. Service for pick was excellent Jaslyn was very efficient and helpful. I haven’t used your service before but I would again. Thank you.

The on-line ordering, communications and pick-up experience was easy and quick.

The only reason I did not give 5 stars was that S Money advertise a delivery service to your local Post Office. However, no such option exists when you go to order.

Long Wait time to pick up money was 15-20mins, cashier dosn't know how to count money professionally (counting to 1-10) then just putting the unbanned money in the tray. Had to ask for bands to keep it organised and was ask to sign the receipt for receiving money before even checking the money order was correct. I personally will never use or recommend your business in the future.

Everything happened without issue and in a very timely manner.

I have bought currency from S money for years. Best exchange rate (even with their fees). Very safe to purchase. Look forward to the Post Office collection being up and running instead of having to go to the store in the City (Melbourne) to collect.

Easy to navigate online and excellent communication, allowing me to quickly address an issue with no delay to my currency order. Lovely over the counter service in Melbourne CBD collection point

Easy and efficient service! Ordering process was simple and my USD currency arrived relatively quickly. Male staff member at North Lakes was friendly and helpful when collecting my order. Would definitely use S Money again. Thank you!

Ordered online, got a really good rate, and my money was available for collection within 2 hours!

Best rate and easy

Quick, fast, hassle-free service. Great communication and responses to queries. Friendly staff and easy to collect from the Melbourne shopfront.

In the main an easy process with good communication

The whole experience was easy and very user friendly. Advice via email and text was extremely good. The lady at 44 Spencer Street was very polite and helpful. Congratulations on your excellent service!

Quick response, good rates and great communication.

I have used SMoney many many times now. they always have the best foreign exchange rate available with very easy ordering process. Love that they offer delivery to your nearest post office which makes life much easier if you are not close to an office to pick it up.
they lost a star this time because i was unable to select the post office pickup option due to system issues so i had to travel an hour from my home to pick it up.

Service and exchange rate terrific. Staff member even waited for me after hours as I was running late.
I would use again and again

Quick process with lots of communication. Pleasant staff attending booth.

Short transition period, 100% would use again in the future, and highly recommend to others.
All in all great service.

I have purchased from S Money before & had a good deal then. This time I bought from them again after checking every other rate I could think of - banks, other money exchange bureaus, building societies etc etc but S Money came out on top each time. I worked in foreign exchange for over 30 years & while I do miss not paying fees & staff rates, this was the best deal I could find. I even got the denominations I wanted!

Great interaction with supply and emails before pick up. Clear and decisive, though if I didn't count the money, it would of been supplied $US100 short. This was confirmed by the employee at Lotus Liverpool Westfields and they supplied the additional $$

Easy, convenient and supported by genuinely excellent customer service.
