S Money Reviews

VERY easy to contact to confirm details.
And VERY quick to start processing.

The online boarding process, seemed dodgey (as it wanted Passport details, Medicare card or similiar) which i'm never comfortable giving. It's been a while, so I trusted the secure website & process. Text messages started popping up, all good, picked up the money at a local S-Money Rep in Liverpool. S-Money had the best exchange rates also.

Great rates, simple foreign cash delivery to local post office. Excellent service

I went to the post office and was told that the 6 digit code would have been texted to me. It was sent by email. I then couldn't get the box open - after I entered the code it asked for my phone number and it kept putting in letters (eg 014k). I did it 3 times and I noticed that I could scan. So I used the phone app which immediately worked.

My order was processed and delivered promptly to my local PO. Collection was straight forward with S-Money keeping me informed each step along the way. The US denomination notes where as ordered and in new or VGC. I highly recommend S-Money.

Easy to order online, quick notification to say order was ready and easy process for collection. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic rates, easy instructions conviennent pick up location. Five stars.

While the service was fine, I was disappointed to receive my 530,000 Yen in 5,000 Yen notes instead of 10,000 Yen notes. Carrying over 106 notes is very bulky and inconvenient for travel.

Recommendation: For large exchanges, I suggest the store either keeps more ¥10,000 notes in stock or warns customers beforehand. This would allow us to choose whether to wait for a larger denomination order.

Great rate, quick delivery and can choose denominations

We were able to jump on to the highest currency conversion rate in years of 70c per Aussie dollar. It's something you can do within minutes with S Money - easy to use website, a choice of pick up booths, smooth payment system & reliable, prompt delivery.

Quick, easy, best value . Service was excellent.

Always better than expected. Always receive money way earlier than expected. Received within a few days via express. It’s pretty much instant soon as they received ur order it’s picked, packed. Sent, arrived.

So easy and quick. they kept me well informed along the way on where my money was and when it was ready to pick up. Will 100% be using these guys again in the future for my travel money.

Such a smooth process. This is our second purchase. The rates are fantastic and fees low!

Easy quick and prompt delivery to Post Office

S Money has always provided a seamless and professional delivery of currency.

Have used a couple of times before, and for different currencies. The first time hesitantly (will I get my money?)
But please to say that this company is professional, easy to use, and money was delivered to my post office (for a small fee - which beats getting mugged!)- within 2 business working days. It was such an easy process and I was able to pick the denominations required. The rate was highly competitive. Would definitely continue to use again.

Great rates. Fast. And straightforward.

We needed Japanese yen in a hurry as we were heading to Japan and had a short turnaround in Sydney over a weekend. S Money were able to process the order and have the cash we needed in a couple of days. The process was simple, communication process kept us informed each step of the way.
I have to admit I was a little nervous and checked reviews first before going ahead. But it all turned out fine.
