Process was easy enough and rate is reasonable. What annoys me is the $26 delivery to a post office for an envelope. It's not big or heavy.
Straight forward business to deal with. Great rates, easy process to purchase and convenient locations to pick-up! Ordered processed and ready for pick-up within 24hrs! Will definitely use again.

I changed $1500 into Vietnamese VND. Great exchange rates. Although fees are higher than what you pay with others, the superior rates meant the overall cost was substantially lower.

Easiest way to get foreign cash for holidays
I have lost count of how many times I have used Smoney. It is always so easyto do it online. This time I collected it at their Brisbane agent in the city. In the past I have used post office delivery and home delivery. All were easy simple and efficient. I tell everyone I can about this service especially now banks don't seem to like handling cash.
