My wife sends money overseas on a regular basis. Maybe 2-3 times a month. She uses the Send platform to send money to Europe. This month she processed a transfer on the 16th of April and received email confirmation that the transfer had been processed. She had a heart attack when she checked her receiving account on the 21st and no money had been transferred!

I can actually understand if there were delays because of the Easter break, however she has been calling and emailing the Australian call centre for two days and there has been no response and no call backs (as promised when you select * for a call back) - pathetic customer service Send - lift your game!

PS: As of the 22nd still no call back or email response from Send - a little concerned Send have done a runner with our money and other customers money! (You never know)

Needed to send money to NZ. Much cheaper than my bank, super fast feedback on any questions and good information updates on the transaction process. Will use again!

I was able to speak with a consultant to finalise my transaction…. Sometimes you need to speak with someone who can explain and provide assistance with your transaction.

Our account manager Ollie made the transfer of funds to Norway extremely easy and was a pleasure to deal with. Would absolutely recommend Send when transferring internationally.

Bradon Clissold provided a friendly and efficient service for my money transfer to a good friend's mother in Italy.

My Send account was quick and easy to set up. The transaction process was very fast and my supplier had the funds in his bank account faster that I could expect using a bricks and mortar bank.
