Send Payments were absolutely fantastic in helping me send an international bank transfer. Being a new customer who had never completed an international transfer before, I felt a bit anxious and needed guidance throughout the transaction. Bradon was extremely helpful and patient; his customer service exceptional, calling and texting me throughout each phase of the transaction. Will absolutely use Send Payments again, and will recommend to all of my friends and family.

We were recommended Send by the people who bought our house abroad. They specifically mentioned getting in touch with Thomas Read, the main guy and senior account manager. Clear information upfront, easy to follow process (great step-by-step instructions) and one that works. Even though I was a bit nervous at the start trusting a company I don't know (as you should be when dealing with money), my money arrived swiftly after a few days. I received a support call from Tom right after sending money, and after my money arrived, to check if I had any questions. He was pleasant to deal with and not 'sale-sy'.

Hey overcome any initial concerns and go with Send, great communication with Ollie and the team, fast and efficient transfer and a hell of a lot better rates than you'll get from the banks

I used Send to forward an inheritance to New Zealand. The process was very smooth with emails letting me know that they had received the money, forwarded the money and a phone call to let me know that the money had been deposited into the designated Bank Account. In this day of scams they put my mind at ease and the extra follow up was much apricated A 5 star service

I am glad I made the switch to SEND from another Forex Company. Their systems are much more reliable, easy to negotiate and robust. I have never achieved an international transfer within 24 hrs before. Tom is an excellent account manager too. Delighted!

We initially had some concerns about using a company outside the banking system to transfer overseas funds. But it was a good decision. Ollie the account manager was brilliant. Communicated well and allayed all our concerns. The transfers went smoothly and we were informed each step of the way. Much better rates than using the banks. Would recommend sending money at the beginning of the week to avoid stress and delays at the weekend when nothing happens.

Dealing with Bradon was an extremely noteworthy experience. So good to see a company and accounts manager who know how true customer service actually looks like. We as consumers hardly ever see exceptional service, so when we do, it is much more precious than the money you are sending. I found the process easy, the responses quick and the willingness to help so delightful. First time I have used Send and will certainly recommend it to everyone I know. Trusting a company to transfer money for you overseas, especially larges sums, can be very daunting. Lots of research is required and lots of consideration has to be given to exchange rates, fees and timelines.
SENDFX was recommended to me after bad results came back from research of another company.
I researched SENDFX for a couple of days and after positive results, I decided to give them a call.
Tom reached out to me after my initial enquiry and answered all my questions confidently and concisely.
Setting up the account and details was relatively easy and straight forward.
Initially I did a small transfer overseas, to test the process and timeline for payment to be transferred, given different timezones and other countries time of processing, the whole process took less than 24hrs (during business hrs).
After the initial transfer took place in made a larger transfer with the same positive results.
This gave me full confidence in SENDFX, to deposit all funds into their account until I opened an overseas account.
Once the account was opened I spoke with Ben (Tom was on leave), and organised the full transfer of my funds, as previous transfers, this one came through with no problems.
I thoroughly recommend SENDFX for any money transfers you might have.
