It was great to have Ollie as my account manager at Send. Knowing that there was someone I could work with made the transfer process much easier. I did several transactions and they all went smoothly from the Send side. When I had a bank issue Ollie made sure that my transfer still happened at the agreed rate once things got sorted.
I will use them again and recommend.

Great communication from Brandon kept me informed at each stage despite my change of bank as the Westpac refused to believe that this was a genuine transfer despite being sent the registered documentation.The new bank, GreatSouthern Bank, did ask for clarification and were happy with the reasons and documentation I sent.

I recently used SendFX to transfer a large sum and the experience was absolutely seamless. Ollie and Tom were outstanding and made the entire process stress free, providing clear reassurance and prompt phone support whenever I needed it. There was never any hesitation or issue too small as they went above and beyond to assist at every step.

SEND were excellent & provided a real human (Tom Read) to guide me through the process. There were inevitably some hurdles along the way, but they negotiated them calmly & efficiently.

I have used Send Payments on multiple occasions to convert significant sums of Sterling into Australian Dollars for over two years. Entrusting the conversion of your life savings (in my case) takes trust and communication and this is where Send excelled. They are honest, available and allocate dedicated individuals to each customer for each transaction, so it is a personal experience. I have recently worked with Ollie Mcgrath for my most recent exchange. Despite some bank issues he remained customer focused throughout and showed some good communication skills.

Another great experience with SEND, they are simply the best International transfer option available, besides the obvious that transferring using one of the banks with their antiquated systems where your money disappears for days and their focus is on offering the lowest rates possible while their customer service is non existent, SEND are the opposite in every regard, great customer service, the best transfer rates and immediate transfer of your funds. A huge shout out to Bradon Clissold who is my account manager and makes what could be a stressful ordeal into an enjoyable experience.
