Sensibo Firmware upgrade failed x 3
Sensibo Sky Firmware upgrade failed x 3. Received the unit and it had great packaging but the installation failed once it got to the firmware update. Tried various work arounds, reset from scratch etc but no progress. Went to the support site for help but they only have a chat bot which is useless. Lost an hour of my life on what should be a consumer installable product and Currently have an expensive paper weight waiting on Sensibo support.

Do not buy Sensibo products in Europe…
Do not buy Sensibo products in Europe they are shipped from abroad and you have to pay custom duties upon arrival ... which given the price of the product is not acceptable

Highly recommended
I wasn't sure about buying these devices, because they're not exactly cheap. However, I'm so glad I did. They make your a/c 'smart' and fully controllable from your phone or Alexa device. So you can switch it on /off wherever you are, or turn it up/down with a shout at 'Alexa'.
So many other option too. Switch off when you leave the house, timers etc etc. Great bit of kit.
Very easy to set up and use, but the customer service is excellent. I had a small issue and they put it right remotely very quickly.
Highly recommended.
