Serena & Lily Reviews

Everything was stylish and light and airy.

I received a S&L gift card for $100 off after and eying their beautiful wall papers for months I was glad to snag them for a great price.

I’ve been trying to figure out a soft wallpaper for our bathroom at the beach. I’ve looked high and low and this just jumped out at me. I simply LOVE this! Serena and Lily have always been my go to.

I have always turned to Serena and Lily for my decorating needs. Their style matches mine and I love their customer service.

The Serena & Lily website is very easy to navigate. It's easy to complete an order online. For furniture purchases I order through the Chestnut Hill, MA design shop. They offer terrific service on every order.

I love the wallpaper designs. Can't find anything close to theirs anywhere.

Great service, great designs, great quality.

Love the variety and colors of pieces offered. They are of high quality and are quite beautiful. However, would appreciate more flexibility to exchange an item if it does not work out especially for a longtime and frequent client. Thank you.

Everything was easy and smooth. I received my bedsheets in a beautiful packing. That blue is my favorite color. They were very soft for linen. I love them. Also the pillow cases are big enough to fit big TempurPedic pillow without struggling. They are very heavy. And the linen bedsheets are really cooler in heat that we are experiencing. Highly recommend! V.H

Beautiful products, great delivery service!!

My daughter introduced me to Serena and Lily.... I've ordered several pieces for her.... Christmas and her Birthday...
I received sheets, pillows and duvets from her... Mother's day was so much fun!!! My bed looks fabulous.....
I decided to buy the wicker day bed, for my dressing area...it was a great price!!!!

I have been shopping with Serena & Lily for many years. Their quality is always superb and very rarely do I see something that I don’t like. While their price point tends to be high, they are very fair about putting things on sale with frequency.

Easy website to navigate and quality products.

I have loved everything I have purchased from Serena and Lily. Beautiful and great quality

I absolutely love this store!

I love your style and products. I wish it was more affordable and shipping was free!

Great company, incredible designs and top quality… always!

Serena and Lily are a great company to do business with, always. Quality of the pieces are outstanding. I have ordered many items and enjoying a swing, bending, pillow and blankets. I love your wicker desk. It’s fabulous. My daughter wanted your beautiful arch headboard, Your bistro chairs and stools, she is thrilled with everything. She has a French bistro kitchen and the black-and-white accents of the chairs were perfect
Your pallet is very light in color with usually navy blue. I would love it if you would add more colors, especially a beautiful kelly green or a lovely raspberry. I do love pure colors and I’m hoping that people will understand color psychology in a way that allows them to explore color in their everyday life. It makes a difference.
I’m thinking about the day swing the double. It’s lovely. I personally would like a black finish or very deep walnut color. Also, I love your day beds they are fabulous. I love this kind of inviting furniture that calls you to rest a while and enjoy your day.
