Serena & Lily Reviews

I am so pleased to have discovered this wonderful interior design and furniture business through their tasteful, elegant and beautiful Serena & Lily magazine a few years ago. The selection is wonderful and it's a breeze to order on line. Delivery is first rate, too!

I absolutely LOVE Serena and Lilly!!!!! Love their style-
makes me HAPPY!!!!!!! I am very blessed and have 3 homes and am incorporating Serena and Lilly in all of them!!!! And SO HAPPY WHEN A STORE BY MY NAPLES,FLORIDA PLACE OPENED THIS YEAR!!!
I almost applied for a job there.

Great pieces!

I have been ordering from this company about 20 years now. Every single shipment has been on time and no issues. I highly recommend and now my friends are just as happy after my recommendations.

The products are always excellent and exquisite. Love the bedding.

Serena & Lily have the most beautiful house hold items !! Always great customer service too . Their items are very unique and exclusive!

Easy to buy, beautiful products.

Great website and style-perfect for gifting

Love your style:-)...I am re-decorating our primary bath and wanted soft and lovely. The Biscayne Chandelier made out of coco shell slivers was the perfect fit for the space and exactly what I wanted (and it was 40% off!). Plus I ordered the Priano wallpaper to go with our freshly painted seafoam blue cabinetry! Can't wait and thanks for the Labor Day sale!!!

Don’t order from here!!! I would give them a zero if I could. After 30 days of not receiving a duvet cover I ordered and multiple emails and calls, I was told they messed up and didn’t ship it (even though I was told it shipped by customer service and an email) and it is now sold out and discontinued. They didn’t offer a replacement at their cost or refund for the shams that are now useless. Save your money and time and shop somewhere that cares. This business is a scam

S&L is always our go-to for beautifully designed household items- from rugs, to furniture, to tableclothes, bedding, pillows, towels, accessories and pajamas! They have been a staple in our household for years! Grateful for their quality, design and customer service!

The first chairs I bought came really quickly and I have loved them. Decided to get more for a different room.
Easy to deal with.

Easy website. Good coupon to encourage a purchase. I had a few items in mind that I would like to purchase from S&L. I typically check them out when wanting to purchase something for my home

Super easy to navigate and explore specific topics via search.

Serena and Lily pieces are timeless. Everything is beautiful. In addition, the quality of the items is never in doubt. I love everything I have ever purchased over the many years I have shopped with them.

Not only do I love the beautiful colors, designs and high quality products from Serena and Lily, but the website is very user friendly and easy to navigate.
