Serena & Lily Reviews

Excellent quality and beautiful rugs. Good sales

Easy ordering on website.

Serena & Lily is my all time favorite for home decorating! Furniture and decor is gorgeous and made to last. Their Customer Service is also top notch. I will continue doing business with them.

The wallpaper arrived on time and an expert hung the wallpaper perfectly. My sales rep calculated 2 rolls based on my measurement, but encouraged me to get an additional roll just in case. Good advise, we needed just a little of the 3rd role.

Between the discounted prices, and the $100 gift card that I received in the mail for purchases over $500, I was able to get exactly what I wanted at a reasonable price point. The merchandise is, as always, the best quality.

Easy ordering process and experience with telephone customer service.

Always great quality and customer service. I have the small version of my purchase and needed the medium.

Serena & Lily embodies timeless coastal chic! Every piece feels carefully curated to bring effortless sophistication...perfect balance between relaxed and refined. Serena & Lily has a way of giving a room true style.

As an interior designer their Trade Program is outstanding.

I recently ordered a chandelier from Serena & Lily and while the product quality itself is nice, the customer service and shipping experience left much to be desired. Unfortunately, the wrong chain was included with my order. When I reached out, I explained that my electrician was on a strict deadline and requested overnight shipping for the correct part. I was told the best they could do was two-day shipping even when I offered to pay for next day air shipping. Despite multiple assurances, the item was not shipped promptly—it was held for several days and then sent out on a Friday, meaning it will arrive the day after I specifically stated I needed it.
This delay has caused unnecessary frustration and expense, and what’s most disappointing is that no resolution or accommodation was offered for the repeated mistakes on their end. For a brand at this price point, I expected a far higher standard of professionalism and service. While their products may be beautiful, my experience has made me very hesitant to order from Serena & Lily again.

I was impressed by the quality of the merchandise, ease in obtaining the item, and marvelous look in my home! It looks wonderful in my home, thank you Serena and Lily!
Brava Serena and Lily!

I very much like all of the Serena and Lily products I purchased and I particularly do like the navy blue and white rattan chairs and the Brookings wall sconces.

Serena and Lily represent excellent quality of inventory and their customer service is undeniably the best. I have loved all of the products I’ve purchased from this company and also so impressed by their customer service. I will always be a return customer.

Fresh, clean and simple. Solid value for furniture, wallpaper, decor...have bought it all and have pretty much always been completely satisfied. Go for it!

item is great.

Luxury and quality and timeless style all in one! Love everything I have ever purchased. Highly recommend.

High quality merchandise with a user friendly website.

Ordered Castine Duvet and sheet set for a guest bed. The items came with such a strong chemical smell that it had to be laundered. After laundering exactly as instructed the items are so wrinkled and steaming and ironing did not remove many of the wrinkles. No way can this be used on a guest bed. Very disappointing based upon the price point.

Shopping with Serena & Lily has always been a top notch experience for me. Quality in both the brand and customer service.
