Serena & Lily Reviews

The quality of Serena and Lily’s percale sheets is still unmatched. Even though the patterns have lost some of their original charm since the company changed hands about a decade ago and Serena Dugan moved on, the white percale essentials never disappoint. I do miss the days when their designs were playful and full of color. The current coastal look is fine, but it makes me appreciate my older duvets and sheet sets even more.

I love this store and their products! Great quality and style! I’ve always been really happy with my purchases!

This was a great opportunity to purchase some very nice bedding for my home. Serena & Lily had a great sale and they also sent me a gift card. This was an amazing deal. I love the light and airy feel of their shop and always watch for their sales. All of their items are the best quality and their vibe for me is serenity.

Clear , informative, yet desirable design photographs to show how to create

I absolutely love their products from lights, to chairs, to outdoor furniture etc. I love the details they add to their products. The customer service representatives are always very helpful and kind. The orders arrive as scheduled and boxed to protect the product. They go the extra mile to please their customers. Thank you!

I love the style and quality of Serena & Lily products. Their designs are classic, subtle, and elegant.

Great mailed incentive, easy browsing, and good quality products.

SL is always tried and true curated products that are usually better in person when they arrive! The customer service is outstanding. I always feel like they really want you to be happy with the product and they’ll do everything they can to make sure you have the right piece!

Serina & Lily just hits it right on all fronts. Design, Quality, advertising.

I'm a big fan of Serena & Lily - and have purchased many sheets and table cloths, as well as lamps and mirrors from the company. Very high quality, great to deal with - and am consistently happy with the exceptional "heft" and quality - especially of linens and the cotton table cloths. Outstanding for color, design and fabric.

I am extremely happy with this company and the home decor products they offer. I continually update my home with new styles.

Great product, design, customer service.

I Love S&L, the quality is great and you can"t go wrong with any of there pieces! Not sure how many pieces I have ordered, but each one stands out in the room in which it was placed. I have told so many friends about it and everyone loves the items that they ordered.

so far you get what you pay for with S & L. Very high quality. When I need/want something extra special I order from S & L.

This is not the first time, I bought in this store and I like the quality and is elegant.

My girls tease that our home is becoming Serena and Lily...it's my coastal grandmother vibe...it fits "me" and I believe I have become a much better interior designer for our home because Serena gives me the confidence to know exactly what I am doing!

Easy checkout experience and website super easy to navigate. This brand never disappoints me and I always find something I like. 👍

Serena & Lily is the place to go for clean, beautiful lines. They are especially great for beach and lake houses, in my opinion. While they are pricey, they do have good sales and there products are all great quality.

Love Serena and Lily! Great quality, and exceptional customer service.
