Serena & Lily
I have been purchasing from them for the last five years and have LOVED every product!! The quality is bar none. You know when you buy from them you will get the best designed, and quality product on the market. Their customer service is the best as well. If you order from them they also send an amazing coupon at least once a year as a thank you. It is a significant reduction--as a thank you for being a customer. Just love the brand!!!

I have purchased furniture, bedding and throw pillows in the past and was very happy with the quality of the products. I decided to gift some throw pillows to a niece for the holidays.

I have been purchasing from Serena & Lily for quite some time now. Always positive experience and beautiful quality products. Recently, I had the pleasure to speak with Michael, in Customer Care. Not only was Michael pleasant, he actually reached back out to me so that I would not be inconvenienced by being placed on hold. 100% satisfaction with this and all other experiences with Serena & Lily. Happy Holiday!

Serena and Lily offers excellent quality products at a fair price for home decor and furnishings.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE if you are a professional business owner or need furnishing on a timeline.
Terrible workmanship on daybed - screws did not align to holes so unable to build daybed and had to send back after being weeks late from wherehouse after promised delivery date.
The absolute worst most rude last minute date/time changing white glove delivery (Metropolitan). Showed up 45 minutes after already later than scheduled time.

I have purchased a few things from Serena and Lily and they are very high quality products.

The quality of the bedding is rich, with a velvet texture and well-made. I've had it for over 18 months, and it still looks new. Very comfortable and perfect for elegant bedding.

Great products! Great service!

Awesome quality and beautiful pieces. Serena & Lily has been a favorite for a long time. I received a generous gift card in the mail and used it to buy more home accessories!

I love Serena and Lily. Their quality is impeccable, and their styling is fresh, and with beautiful details.

Free shipping, quality of products

I have been consistently impressed with the superior quality of the products offered by this company. Each piece is thoughtfully made, beautifully designed, and built to last. It’s rare to find a brand that maintains such a high level of consistency, but they deliver excellence every time. I couldn’t be happier with my experience.

PJ's that we purchased are super light and comfy, just as it should be for linen.

I have been ordering Serena and Lillys high quality sheets for over a decade. The quality is fantastic.
