Consistent Leads and Excellent Support
Service Direct has been an awesome source of electrical and plumbing leads for us this past year. The quality and consistency of the leads have helped us keep jobs on the board and our team busy.
They recently reached out to let me know we’ll now have a direct account rep to help optimize our account and get the most out of our leads. That level of support is a great added bonus and shows they’re invested in helping their partners succeed.

That said, the cost per lead can be on the higher side and not every lead converts, so it’s important to monitor performance closely. Overall i am very satisfied with the service, you get high quality exclusive leads, customer service is very responsive and helpful as well, one issue is that the leads are very expensive, that is probably area dependent with some competitive areas being more expensive than others and if you are not paying the highest bid you are not going to get leads

Sent bad leads and billed double my threshold
Send bad leads, when I paused the campaign it did not pause, I then called the sales person as they have no customer service number or chat to speak of. I was told they were sick and would look into. I was then sent 12 more leads and billed at over double my threshold. When I raise an issue with this and over a week passed I was told I have been credited. I don’t want credit I want the unauthorized withdrawal of my funds returned. This company is exactly who Thumbtack was when so many of us sued them and were awarded damages from these exact types of scammy leads. Do not use if you want to get more leads $5 on Craigslist would be a better investment
