I had a really great experience overall, but I especially want to highlight Rebecca. She was extremely professional, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process. The company charge me for Leads that…
The company charge me for Leads that had nothing to do with what I actually posted that I would accept Leads, for which was water damage. They charged me for a fire board up and pipe thawing not even the homeowner that reached me for that one then instead of giving your money back into your account, they give you credit it’s like going to the grocery store and them charging you for extra stuff and never returning your money, just giving you store credit. I confronted them about it and all they’ll do is give me store credit this place will steal your money. Be careful.

45% of callers do not move past the phone call.
Most callers are price shopping tire kickers that are not serious consumers.
Callers want 100% price information over the phone.
Service Direct mainly targets lower income and older areas zip code wise.
Be careful too.
They take days and sometimes weeks to review a lead refund request.
There is no customer service. It is all run by AI.

Refund requests are reviewed to ensure fairness and accuracy, which can take time depending on volume and complexity. While we do use technology to support efficiency, our customers are supported by real people, not “AI only.”
We’re always open to reviewing specific concerns and encourage any contractor experiencing issues to work directly with our team so we can evaluate performance and make adjustments where appropriate.

This is an absolute scam service
This is an absolute scam service. I read the negative reviews and thought “they probably just don’t understand how these services work”, but after trying them once, I was scammed out of $1200. I received a call for something completely unrelated to the work I do and after they reviewed the lead, they said it was billable. They will take your money and provide zero service. Don’t do what I did and take the bait. Stay away. This is the review and warning sign that you need. No amount of desperation for leads should justify losing your money.

Have legit leads 95% of calls were not decision makers and renters spent to much money with this company for nothing to pan out then you have 20 seconds to hang up with a customer even if they were calling about a different service they will still charge you. Then they won’t give you your funds back and try to charge for ever call even if there not legitimate calls my other lead sources are so much better and cheaper

Run from this company and run fast
Here’s the deal some of the leads will be OK but if let’s say a person knows they have a warranty on their roof and they can’t get up with their contractor quick enough they go online they call you you advertisement service direct you gonna pay $150 for that phone call Then when you explain to him, hey I did set the appointment but the man called back and canceled because he jumped the gun too fast on not letting the Contractor give him a day or two till he could get back up with him and schedule the appointment. They don’t give two dams. They don’t care they’re gonna charge you in every week you’re gonna have to get on the phone with your bank because they have such high fraud problems that you’re gonna have to unlock whichever card you let them hold so I would say it’s a big no no to go with these people. They don’t give a rats ass all they care about hey pay us one time. I rode a whole hour down the road to find out the man had dementia when I got there. His brother treated me really badly. Then I found out what was going on. He did one time and then three weeks later he called and did it again and I explained to Service direct what was going on now the second time they did give me my money back but they don’t care. I’m telling you if you pick up that phone you’re gonna pay which is bullshit because the Leads ain’t worth a damn sometimes you can’t pay $150 for a $300 job and when I advertise with them, I told him I just wanted a whole roof installation then I got people with a blow off shingle or two and they’re charged me $150 with the damn job but a two or $300 job but the Service direct care hell no and ain’t gonna give you money back so guess what they ain’t getting another nickel for me and if you’re smart, they won’t get the first nickel from you either
