Service Heroes Reviews

Brian was excellent. Job well done

You technician was very caring about my stove problem and showed that he was trying to help me out

The repairs I required were completed efficiently at the time agreed upon. The technician was friendly and professional. I would trust them with other electrical work when required.

The entire experience was positive, from initial booking, communications and Ezra attending the site and completing the work.

Michael is a great asset to your company. Old fashion service in a new world, polite, punctual, respectful, clean before and after the job was completed and knows his job.

Have used Service Heroes several times in the last few years for electrical/gas services and they have always delivered timely, reliable and friendly service.

Job was done, professionally, from the time of our call. Arrived earlier than expected, efficient, curteous, and helpful, thanks!!

Terrific service, knowledgeable, efficient. Would say it was fully priced, but you get what you pay for!

David and Jesse were very polite curtious, and friendly there should be more like them

I was incredibly impressed from the first meeting with Ezra, right through to the completion of the job by Patrick. In both cases it was immediately apparent that both guys knew exactly what they were talking about. They answered questions put to them in an open, knowledgeable and transparent way. What they said would happen, happened. First class service.

David was such a great electrician. He came so fast and restored power to my shop within 5 minutes. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Fixed my problem really fast thanks so much David

Five stars! This morning Stuart and Alan arrived promptly and ready to start my roof repair. Stuart had great insight and shared valuable information re my roof and causes of problems. The work was completed in a thorough and timely manner, despite unpredictable weather. Clearly, Stuart is an industry specialist with lots of experience under his belt - much appreciated. Alan (apprentice) was respectful and obliging and did a great job. A great team, job well done and I thoroughly recommend their services. I would go as far as to say I would request Stuart and Alan for future works. Clean, polite and friendly. Thanks guys. Very happy with the work. Regards, Susan, @ Leichhardt.
