Service Heroes Reviews

David did an upgrade of the electrical switchboard and installation of a sensor light. I’m happy with his service as he arrived early and cleaned up after the work was completed.
David has always kept on updating me with the work schedule and got the sensor light I requested.

I am impressed with Service Heroes. The electrician and carpenter that came to my house were prompt and friendly, did exceptional work, and the price was very affordable.

We have been clients of Service Heroes for well over 5 years and have always been extremely happy with the services they provide. In summary they come when they are scheduled, provide a quote for the work, deliver what they promise and for the price quoted and are very respectful of your home and leave it clean and tidy.
David was no exception for the services he delivered.

Service was prompt, efficient and easy. David arrived right on time, checked the job parameters, gave a me a nice clear quote and cheerfully cracked on. Would use again!

Had a great experience, technician was friendly, efficient and explained the problem clearly. Our dishwasher required a speciality part so had to get someone else in to finish the job which was fine.

Michael was great, very informative, and polite. He provided advice in relation to what was best for the customer (me). He completed the job promptly, and without delay. Much appreciated, will use service heroes again.

Daniel, was very helpful and helped us efficiently install our ceiling fans. I will recommend his expertise to everyone. He did a very clean job and there was no mess left behind after the job was completed.

My experience with Service Heroes has been nothing but professional. From the service desk to trades people involved I have received excellent service. I would like to especially recognise Sam, who with his plumbing experience and knowledge has helped me through a very difficult time. Sam is a great leader, team player, communicator and decision maker. Even my neighbours commented on his knowledge and experience. I have used Service Heroes a number of times for both plumbing and electrical issues and I would highly recommend them.

I needed an electrician to replace a number of light bulbs. Booked on the 28th and job done efficiently and ahead of time on the 29th. Thanks for the service.

My experience with David from quote to install was second to none. Job was completed efficiently, professionally and was fairly priced. Highly recommend the team at Service Heroes for all your electrical needs!

Needed electrical work done, and from the first call the service, scheduling and then the on going work was exceptional lead by Michael. I’m aware I may have paid slightly more, but I was not messed around, kept informed and task completed. Will use this organisation again.

Electrician was polite and got on with his job and cleaned up after. Excellent.

Yes they terrific in selling up products they you don’t need or want and then trying to bribe you to take reviews or comments down
