The company stayed to its promise and reimbursed me for some extremely costly flight cancellations a couple weeks before I left.

I never experience something like this before.., but when the company keeping me updated.., I felt the CARE. I felt safe because you know.., if I got sick somehow you already be there to lift me. My second line of defence already there.

It has been a good and wonderful experience regarding this study tour to Bangkok and i would like to thank Seven Corners for covering my insurance travel.

Our flight was cancelled by our airlines due to closed airspace . Even with it making the news everywhere and me sending three times all they are asking for- they still 7 -10 days later say it’s not enough. They ask to see the charges made- that’s a given but then they ask to see that I paid the bill. Even with our travel agent giving us said documents they question : why did the hotel not offer free compensation.. well, isn’t that why I paid over 1000 dollars for you to insure me if something happens? Isn’t that the purpose of insurance? I have now been getting the run around for almost 5 weeks. Meanwhile friends who have used Allianz got their money back already. I’ll never use this company again.

I initially applied for a claim for travel delay upon returning from on March 24th. Our flight was scheduled to depart on March 17th @ 5:30 a.m. After several delays and missed connections, the airline rebooked my flight for March 18th @ 6:30 am., the Miami to Barbados flight didn't arrive until after 10:00 pm. Our hotel was booked for March 17th check-in. We didn't get to our hotel after waiting on luggage and going through Customs until almost 11:30 pm.

My travel insurance stated the trip delay is a delay that last for a minimum of 6 consecutive hours. This definitely more than 6 consecutive hours. Since our hotel was prepaid, we have lost an entire day on the 17th and 12 hours of the 18th.
Seven Corners Insurance sent me an email asking me to change my claim from Trip Delay to Trip Interruption. They have sent lots of emails asking for a lot of documentation. I sent in everything they requested. Today, April 13th, I received an email stating they denied my claim. They said it doesn't qualify for interruption because my trip wasn't interrupted for 48 hours. Also, it doesn't qualify for delay because they don't pay hotel even though I lost a whole entire day and they don't reimburse for delays in airfare. Nowhere does it state that. This company may have had the best price, but the worst service ever. I will never use them ever again.

Booked a trip and paid for insurance through Seven Corners. Customer service was good, but their insurance requirements are horrible. Says my insurance was only good for my destination flight only since return flight hadn’t been booked at that moment. I guess all the details are hidden in fine print. Such a waste of $345, would never recommend to anyone.

The process of coverage and policy selection is very well done. Thankfully, I didn’t need to file any claims so I can’t speak for that part.

Purchased a few policies. Had to use one policy to cover a cancelled trip due to illness. Seven Corners completely cover costs I could not reimbursed by VRBO and airlines.
