10/10 for this company, Milo (the salesman) came when he said he would,no hard sell and was a nice pleasant man, my blinds were fitted yesterday(exactly one week later) by another equally nice man, he was in 10-15 and fitted my blinds perfectly! Would definitely recommend this company and use again in the future!

Really easy to order online and my service was don't do a high standard.the tracking you get to show where your driver is is also a great tool and helped me know when to be home . Still to get the blinds fitted so will update this post when that is done but so far so good 😊

I have just ordered blinds from Shades excellent service from ordering to fitting. Good quality good prices. Would definitely recommend and will use them again.

Recently had 6 blinds installed. Mix of venetian and roller blinds. One of the roller blinds was poorly installed and wouldn't reach the window sill. Another one of the blinds became warped and had to be replaced. Terrible customer service, was told someone would call me back regarding these issues which I had to follow up on. Spoke to a condescending member of staff who said someone would contact me which they didn't. Fitter cancelled appointment minutes before he was due to attend. Would not recommend this company for anything

Milo was very professional when he came round to measure up. He rang me 30 mins before the appointment as I had requested.

He treat the house with care and made sure to wipe his feet on the doormat. Very positive experience all round. Would definitely recommend.

Very helpful and efficient. I organised this for my 90 year old father and had no problem at all. Super helpful from the first visit to measure up until the blinds were fitted, and all within a week of mu initial call. I would ha e no hesitation in recommending, my dad is delighted with the finished job.
