Beautiful blinds
Got in touch with Apollo Blinds and they came round straight away to take measurements for kitchen and bathroom blinds. We received the blinds 2-3 weeks later and were fitted very quickly without any fuss whatsoever. They look fantastic and we are very pleased with them. It has really given the place a refreshed look. Replacement part - not easy to begin with but excellent once Matt and his team got involved
Their sales service and installation is very good and I would give them 5 stars for this.
But I had to get a replacement fitting and I found this to be very difficult until Matt Thomas contacted me and from there is all went well.
Not only was this done quickly but it was delivered and fitted well by an extremely nice guy and at no cost to me.
So all good in the end.

A little disappointed
The service was ok and the fitting went well but they left the old blinds out in the garden. We now have an 8 foot piece of metal to get rid off. No one said they would leave the old blinds

We're sorry for any disappointment regarding the removal of your old blinds. As part of our commitment to encouraging recycling where possible, our installers do not automatically dispose of old blinds, particularly those containing aluminium components, which can often be recycled locally. We appreciate that this may not have been clearly communicated beforehand and understand how this could have caused frustration.

Great service
Really happy with my shutters from Apollo. Gemma came out to measure and had great advice about what shutters would suit our bathrooms. Access for the fitting was difficult at our property but Gemma was extremely patient and went out of her way to arrange a suitable time. Kevin fitted the shutters quickly and was very efficient. I would definitely use Apollo again in the future.

Expensive Roller Blinds and long waits for supply and fitting
Very happy with price and fitting of sitting room vertical blinds which encouraged me to order more blinds for other rooms in the house.
I found the price of the roller blinds to be excessive however as my husband wasn’t well enough to fit blinds bought elsewhere I went ahead. The service deteriorated and the last 2 blinds took 12 weeks from measuring and ordering to being fitted. Communication was poor and I was not kept informed about the delays. I couldn’t recommend the service.

Firstly, please accept our sincere apologies for the delays you experienced with your roller blinds and for the lack of proactive communication during this period. We understand how frustrating it must have been to wait 12 weeks for the final blinds to be fitted, particularly when expectations had been set by your earlier positive experience.
While the delays were outside of our normal service levels, we recognised the inconvenience caused and provided a discount across the order as a gesture of goodwill and to help compensate for the extended lead times. However, we appreciate that this did not fully offset the frustration of the wait or the uncertainty caused by the lack of updates.
Your feedback regarding both communication and lead times has been taken on board, as these are areas we continually strive to improve. We are sorry that, on this occasion, we did not deliver the level of service you rightly expected from us.
Thank you again for your feedback, and we hope you are nevertheless pleased with the finished blinds now that the installation has been completed.

Great experience and you won't find better
Great experience from initial survey to the blinds being fitted. Gemma who came out to quote for us was extremely helpful and gave us some great ideas especially for our bi-fold door. She took her time to explain what Apollo could supply and so enhance our house. Kevin the fitter was really careful respecting our property. We are really pleased to have had the whole house fitted with blinds by Apollo. The bi-fold screen and fly screen are really incredible and really keep the heat out when needed. The blinds have really enhanced the look of our house with their discreet fitting. Would definitely recommend them

Outside awning -very happy
We have recently had an outside awning installed by Apollo Blinds Ashford to provide shade to a living room and patio area. Very impressed with the service received from John, from survey through to installation. Clear communications throughout, and the awning was fitted on time, quickly and at the agreed price. We are very pleased with the product, and happy to recommend the company’s services.
