I found the website confusing, because all the prices are without tax added. They only added the tax at the end, for me this is a NO NO. In the UK 99% of shops add the VAT for customers to make shopping easier to understand. thanks.

on the UK Govt websites it clearly says

'' Describing your product
You must describe your product accurately. This means if you make a claim about your product, you must be able to prove what you say.

Prices
Your adverts must describe the actual cost accurately, including any ongoing or associated costs (like subscription fees) and taxes (such as VAT).

Example
A customer pays £50 a product, without being told the price does not include VAT. This was not explained in the advert, so the advert is misleading. ''

Ordered a Rainflow dispersion plate just after Easter; as with all my orders from Shades of Coffee it arrived quickly and was well-packed. I had a question about fitting the plate and this was answered very promptly by Adrian (the installation video is well-worth watching, particularly regarding sliding the two parts together to ensure the silicone seal is in the correct position). Apart from this item, I've also had PID and pressure gauge kits from SOC and installation support (if needed) has always been excellent, and these various upgrades have resulted in a huge improvement in espresso quality and consistency.

Fast and amazing product(steamvalve)

They don't only sell an incredible and super valuable parts and upgrade kits, but have a top notch support! Very humane product. Having a simple PID which isn't hard to install and it looks great - priceless.

I purchased the PID kit and although the first controller had a defect (buttons didn't work at all and it was unusable), I was sent a replacement right away, which works great.

Their steam valve replacement is excellent, as is their customer service.

Fast delivery, great comms good instructions and is always available for any help if things go wrong. One part was not working correctly i sent an email and he promptly sent another once I checked a few things to confirm it was faulty

Good product, everything as described, arrived on time and in good condition.

Swiftly delivered. Lovely bit of turned walnut for our Gaggier steamer. Much nicer than the plastic one, which had had its day and cracked.

For the several orders I have placed, I've only had great experiences with Shades of Coffee. Shipping from the UK, I've always received my packages faster than expected. But the shining star of a SoC shopping experience has to be Adrian. Questions are always answered, sometimes minutes after asking. Adrian is very knowledgeable about the products and all things Gaggia. I highly recommend Shades of Coffee!

You get what you order.
Addressing some of the shortfalls in Gaggia through right interventions that not only enhance user expeirence but also make this machine at par with prosumer set-up. And Last but not the least great customer service.

SoC people are amazing. They have all the imaginable mods for Gaggia machines and the prices are competitive. The best part is that they deliver to India and I’ve never faced any customs delays. Sometimes there is a customs levy but never anything unreasonable. And SoC customer support, if you ever need it, it a breath of fresh air! Super responsive and helpful.
