Incredible service took in a Bosch SDS…
Incredible service took in a Bosch SDS drill with an intermittent fault. Within 24 hours I had a phone to say it was fixed and working. When I called to collect it served by experienced and always friendly staff. A job well done and thanks 10/10

Great company to deal with
I've always found them to be very helpful, they have always gone the extra mile to deliver our requirements. They ring me whenever they are setting off either to deliver, or collect a hired piece of equipment, so I don't have to wait around for them, and yet be ready to deal with them on their arrival.

Really easy to book the equipment,
Ready when I collected, even put it in my car.
Had a slight accident when I was returning the equipment and the took it off hire until I could return the following day.Thank you girls and guys for help and support highly recommend you.👍

Barrage of reminder emails even though invoice paid
Invoice paid on day of receiving it but since then have had constant “Reminder emails “
Phoned office twice and sent numerous emails but still “Reminder emails “
UPDATE 12/11/25
I was contacted by Mathew the CEO who looked into it
It was an error that was caused by payment software and they had no way of knowing that I was still receiving reminders
Apologies were made and excepted
