Had a security camera, ring doorbell and new anti snap handles and locks on our patio doors. The work was completed by Lee who was really great at explaining and demonstrating how everything worked and setting up our new system. Would recommend 👍

If you phone in to change the locks, mentioning that you don't have keys, they won't bother to tell you there's a £60 additional charge (per door!), just the normal £72 per.
Edit: Also, when asking about an external door handle that's slightly loose, I got told that it's missing a rubber gasket and might just fall off one day. There was no offer to fix it or mention of how to resolve this. Great customer service... I know that I won't be calling shefflock ever again, even when my door handle finally falls off.

I am very happy with the knowledgeable advice and the outstanding service I received from Andy today. There was no hard sell and the work I requested was completed there and then with no fuss or mess. I am more than happy to recommend SheffLOCK to anyone who asks.

We contacted Shefflock on Bank Holiday Monday after finding our garage door would not close. They got back to me and friendly workman Chris visited the next day at the stated time, on the dot, so they could quote. He also got the door closed for us. Can't fault the service.

Had a new door fitted 2 years ago and was very happy with the service in fact we had new locks fitted on all of our doors after being told that the old locks were substandard. Two years on and the service has become appalling. The lock in the front door has stopped working through no fault of ours, we locked the door one evening and it did not work the following morning! The service offered over the telephone was rude and dismissive. We were told that a repair could run into the hundreds of pounds! The telephone engineer reduced my wife to tears and did not care that the door wasn’t very old or that it was a potential fire risk to our family of five. I have never had a front door that failed after two years. Be warned that the after service here is extremely poor. Avoid.

Brilliant service, Andy fitted new toughened inner double glazed panels and sash jammers to my windows, plus new door locks. competitive price, quick and reliable service.

Neil attended our house as planned and replaced the glass in our patio doors with laminated units. I got 5 star treatment from him as he was such a professional tradesman. He arrived on time, very friendly and such a neat and tidy worker. The job was done in no time and we can feel the difference in the glass.

I rang SheffLock and a tradesman came out within the hour, as promised. The tradesman was Chris and he was very helpful and friendly. I had my lock upgraded, a new more secure handle fitted and my door realigned as the door was sticking on the floor. The whole job took just an hour. I am really happy with the quality of the lock and handle, very strong. A reasonable price for peace of mind.

Had an anti snap handle and lock fitted to our back door, very pleased with the quality and workmanship. Will be using again very soon to swap another. Very friendly to deal with via messenger, even after a slight booking issue they still came the same agreed date which shows they go above and beyond to keep you safe 100% recommended.

I got them in to look at replacing a window unit with a broken seal and a seized up window lock, because they'd previously done a great job repairing a door lock at very short notice (extra star for that). They promised an estimate within 10 days but I heard nothing. I rang them and they promised they'd get on to the guy to send it, but I heard nothing. Total 6 weeks waiting. Going to try someone else.

Door mechanism failed couldn't open door,Chris arrived on time explained what my options were with no pressure to have the work done but I chose to go ahead and replace faulty mechanism, Chris did a excellent job now door opens and locks with ease,just wish I had it done when door became awkward to open rather than waiting until it failed completely. Would recommend this company and would use again
