Chris attended my property this morning to install new ultion locks,
He was great he completed the job quickly showed me everything i needed to know and even re aligned the door for me.
Excellent service would highly recommend

Went to SheffLOCK after other family had used them for new locks, so came trusted. After moving into a new property we wanted to get all locks changed. The friendly telephone service to book our initial appointment was great but after moving in, we found ourselves locked out on the first day (our own fault) and our appointment wasn't for a further 5 days! We called the company for emergency entry and they really did go out of their way to get someone to us and were even able to accommodate the original planned work during the visit. The fitting and service was perfect, friendly and knowledgeable and the product is to a high standard. We will use this company whenever we need anything again in the future.

I booked an appointment through Diana, who gave me the name Chris, who would be my Shefflock representative on the day of my appointment (only three days later, allowing for weekend and a B.H.) Chris phoned earlier than expected to ask if he could arrive earlier than scheduled, (a refreshing change to most companies)! On arrival Chris politely introduced himself and gave me a verbal account of his intended work to be carried out. This met exactly with my requirements.
The updated (long overdue) lock replacement to my front door and refreshed update to my rear door took place in less than 30 minutes. Chris was most professional in all aspects including his personal and vehicle turnout. Chris was a very personable character to have in my home, so I would/will recommend himself and his company for professional services. This is a must first- point- of -call company.

We purchased an Ultion key , which they ordered from the manufacturer, so no problem with that because they didn't make it.
However we paid £8.34 plus VAT for a secure signed for delivery to our home address as promised by Pete.
When the key didn't arrive I tried to call but the phones were unmanned all weekend and my voice mail was ignored.
It transpired that DPD had delivered to a distant neighbour and I had not even been notified. Luckily he brought me the key...notice an expensive front door key with my address on the envelope..good for security, eh?
Now I had the misfortune to email Shefflock and receive an unpleasant response form Richard Hanson, director.
He stated he "only had my word" that this was the case and would not issue the refund for delivery I had requested. He said he would speak to DPD but he has not informed me of the outcome.
He basically stated that I had received the key so what was I making the fuss about?
I'm making a fuss now Richard and I hope others will learn from this. No customer relations and no follow up.
Won't be using you again.

Kevin dealt with an issue we had with a garage door lock quickly, and he couldn't have been more helpful, explaining that they happily give information on security as well. I would not hesitate in recommending Shefflock - a first class, caring, family company. Also thanks to Pete who dealt with my initial phone call sympathetically.

Excellent service.
I requested a specific lock change with "keyed alike" locks fitted. Their service was prompt, punctual and efficient. They arrived on time for both appointments. The work took as long as estimated and the finished work is excellent. Also, their advice on how I could further secure my property and what kind of maintenance I should consider on my doors was professional with no pressure whatsoever to proceed. Excellent company to deal with.

The locksmith was very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. The job was done speedily with no fuss.

Chris came to look at a faulty french door that we have. He explained the issue with it perfectly and explained what needed to happen to fix it. Unfortunately the doors are now pretty much beyond repair but Chris did the best he could as a short term fix and allows us to use the doors in the interim. He gave some solid advice on what to do next and I look forward to using SheffLOCK again in the near future.

Very happy that I chose SheffLOCK, having previously received a marketing leaflet. I had new Lock Lock handles and Ultion locks fitted. Kevin explained everything in detail to ensure I understood the security advice and options. Professionalism, expertise and a thoroughly nice guy; a great combination. I will recommend to my neighbours and contacts, as I thought the price was excellent and the service first class.

Shefflock totally saved the day here and also saved us a lot of money! We were told our door needed new hinges and that it couldn't lock - then Glenn arrived and showed us that everything was fine and that we were just locking it incorrectly. Problem solved and he didnt even charge us a penny! What a star! Highly recommend!!!!!

Very professional service from shefflock from the very start to the very end glen cane around to measure up for two doors and a side window meanwhile Kevin installed a key safe for my upgraded security plans then installation day came and to be honest I’ve never seen someone more dedicated to quality and perfection as glen who single handedly did all the installation for me and even bought my little girl an ice cream because me and the wife could not find change to get her one! Glen worked until the installation was to his high standards and when he left’ me and the wife were delighted with his work!
Top marks fellers would recommend to anyone who wants to upgrade there security or who has been the unfortunate victim of burglary!

Quick response, professional, very helpful + sorted the problem quickly even though called very late on a bank holiday! Hopefully won’t need their emergency services again but would recommend.

We called them at 8.30am Bank Holiday Monday and they were with us within an hour. The service was outstanding from start to finish. Not only that they were so friendly and helpful. Chris from SHEFFlock arrived & explained everything to us & also pointed out some security measures. He fitted a new anti-snap lock & cut extra keys on site. Very polite, punctual & knowledgeable. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended.
