5 STARS!! Needed a lock changing and after looking at some reviews online we decided to book Shefflock. We were that impressed with the service i asked for a quote on a new front composite door and had that that fitted the following month! These lads know their stuff on security, fantastic service, professional and also local. Would highly recommend.

Having recently had two new external doors fitted, both with Lution locks, I received an email from Lution to lubricate the locks, Shefflock were the best option for the availability of the special lubricant and the delivery was excellent

I was just leaving home to find a locksmith with a broken key in a motorcycle top box lock on my passenger seat when, just around the corner from home I saw a Shefflock van. In for a penny, I thought! So I approached the man and asked his advice. I was expecting the, 'phone the office', or, 'Nah, we don't do that', but to my pleasant surprise he said, 'Give me a minute to finish off here and I'll have a look'!
He finished off, had a look and fixed it within five minutes!!
Superb. Highly recommended.

I called Shefflock after being locked out of the house due to ongoing warranty issues with the front door since buying my new build house (long story). Literally 10 minutes later, Chris attended. He gained access and rectified the lock issue rapidly. I got the impression that Shefflock genuinely value their customers, are polite and treat you with respect. Needless to say that I've found my reliable local 'go to' Locksmith!

Chris came today explaining the workings of the handles and anti snap locks. He was very efficient and knowledgeable of his trade, fitted four handles and locks within an hour explaining the operating system as he continued.Being ex police we fell confident trusting his expertise, very happy with the handles and locks feeling much more secure in our home.

Fantastic service! Contacted as our old door lock gave up the ghost - explained that we were shielding and said no problem. Rob arrived earlier than the time arranged but he rang to make sure that was ok which we greatly appreciated. He did a great job and we are very pleased with the new lock and handle. Would not hesitate to use again or recommend. If you are shielding I can confirm that this company did comply with the Governments guidelines - many thanks
