We met Marcus at Shelbourne Motors. We were unsure about which car to buy. There were three in the last batch we had decided on. Marcus Pringle was lovely, really personable and very genuine. He cared about our opinion by asking us what we needed in a car. He also did not steer us towards the most expensive car but showed the features of all three with as much energy and enthusiasm. He is a brilliant salesman because he cared about us and our experience in Shelbourne Motors. I would definitely recommend Shelbourne Motors for their extensive range of cars but mostly for their customer service. We purchased the more expensive car eventually, a lovely Honda Civic which is perfect for our needs. A very positive experience with very efficient, professional attention from Marcus.

Were do I start, I would like say a big thank you to Jamie from.Shelbourne motor's for all his help and support through what can be a stressful time, looking for a new car, well it can be for me. I sent an enquiry about a car they had, Jamie sent me a video of the car, so I had a little preview before seeing her in reality. The customer care, I would say is excellent, nothing was to much trouble, one thing I will say if I had a question I wasn't made feel stupid, some places which I had visited before going to Shelbourne of course wanted the sale, however they fell at the first hurdle by their attitude. So I would strongly recommend if you are looking for a car, and receive good customer care I suggest go to Shelbourne Motor's. 5 star 🌟 all the way. Great experience.
This is the second time I have purchased a car from Shelbourne motors and on both occasions I have been very pleased with the service that I received. The latest one I purchased was a used car and when I enquired they made an
appointment for me to come and have a look at it. The young salesman was very honest and helpful in all communications with me and he even organised 3 days free insurance for me after I purchased it. Also 24 hours after
I left with the car he phoned me to make sure everything was OK and I was happy with everything which I was.

In my opinion.
On Monday 4th October I called into Shelbourne Motors without an appointment & the hospitality was 2nd to none. I didn't have long to wait to speak to Conor the salesman. He was so generous with his time, it was unbelievable. He didn't even get time for his lunch before his next appointment arrived. The next time I made an appointment to test drive the car I wanted & yes I've made a purchase. I collect it very soon. I definitely would recommend Conor to anyone who wished to purchase a new vehicle.
