Easy to open great prices easy to save

Really simple and easy online set up experience

I heard of this offer through Unison Life. I was interested, and on phoning your organisation I had all my questions answered, and jad everything and more explained in easy to understand terms.

Absolutely awful experience. After paying into this scheme for a few years I hit a crisis and needed to make a claim for 2 months illness.
They took months to resolve, I had to chase them constantly and the same with a complaint. You guessed it they didn't pay out!
The way this was managed was appalling customer service, regardless of the outcome.
I would not recommend them at all.
I have never made any claim against any insurance policy and when I needed it most they let me down spectacularly!

I have been paying an income protection plan with this company for 3 years
In good faith believing I was covered if I was off work ill. I became unwell in April but was forced to return to work after 7 weeks as I have bills and surprise surprise after a lot of added emotional upset and stress by this company they have stated and advise me today my claim is unsuccessful. They have given me so much conflicting information. The communication from them has been very poor they have almost accused me of lying such a horrible experience and a complete waste of money and my emotional time. I will be taking this whole matter to the financial ombudsman please do not waste your money I do not know how these people live with them selves and the way my claims handler spoke to me was so so demoralising

Very easy and efficient opening of new isa account

really easy to setup much better options than a lot of over 50,s plans.
recived documents etc really quickly would recomend to anyone to use.

I felt the policy provided good value for money, less on offer by way of introductory value(incentive) however when you consider the level of cover and the straightforward application process I think SF are giving their customers excellent service

There a scam payed me out before recievieing medical records and found something dated to an complete issue an now they are trying to ask for the payments back after mis-selling the policy and leaving me in a financial and mental absolute piss poor would not recommend these low ballers, due this it is forcing me back to work 2 months early against doctors orders

As I, personally, had just joined Quidco, and signed up to Shepherds Friendly Investment ISA through them, I did quite well financially by doing this.

Also, I've wanted to get a little bit involved in an Investment ISA for quite a long time,but, having very little experience in doing so myself, Shepherds Friendly seems a very sensible option to take up.

Great app and good place to invest.

Very easy process to open a junior isa for our 3 week old! Every fee clearly laid out to give an informed financial decision which I’m sure he will appreciate when he’s 18

Easy to open my account and amazing to receive my bonus really unexpected but a fantastic gesture.

Don't waste your money, policy okay up to the point you want to claim. Long term sickness. Diagnosed with heart failure. The communication was poor and slow. They brought up past medical conditions which l had never claimed for. And when trying to claim for some thing severe. They just did not want to know. Hence do not waste your money or time.
