For some time now I have invested with Aldermore. The offerings are always amongst the best available and I have never had any problems at all using the site. It is always the first place my self and my wife look at when we are considering investing. Very pleased with all aspects of the sersvice.

Excellent customer service transferring my ISA was very fast and no issues only moved due to the rate dropped at the time Aldermore is defiantly on the goody list to check % rate.

Just renewed my fixed rate ISA for a further 3 years. Alongside rates which are up there amongst the market leaders their customer service staff are second to none. Phoned just to make sure I was able to add to my new account even though it was replacing a matured product and the guy was really helpful, professional and knowledgeable and also saved me having to send some dormant account declarations back as he was able to deal with it over the phone which saved me a job. I can honestly say as savings providers go these guys are top notch.

Fantastic online accounts with good rates of interest

All the Aldermore accounts I have had, all fixed rate accounts, were the best interest rate at the time. They have all been easy to open and at maturity my selected options have been carried out without hitch. When their interest rates are the most competitive I would have no hesitation investing with them again.
