I ordered and was so excited to get this and begin using. I NEVER received it! The shipping/tracking details shows that it was delivered but it was never delivered. I've NEVER had a package that was not delivered. Multiple emails exchanged, saying the same thing. I tried checking my tracking number with multiple shipping services and not one company nor the USPS can identify the tracking number. So money lost and NO PRODUCT! SCAM, SCAM, SCAM! SHAME ON YOU!
This company needs to be dealt with. Who knows how much money they've stolen from people.

This business is a scam
This business is a scam. Placed order and nothing was received. The only way to get in touch with anyone is by email, which they say the same thing over and over again. Still with no movement. The company is quick to take your money but nothing to show or ship to their customers. Bad business. Save yourself the headache and do not do business with this company. I hope more of us submit complaints, reviews to help others from making the same bad mistake.
I am taking this one step forward and filing a complaint with the BBB.

Lowest setting was way too strong, bruised my skin and left a love-bite streak on one leg. Dangerous and will not use again for fear of more bruising or vein issues. Not worth the risk.

Nothing short of torture!
Nothing short of torture!! Ended up with bruised thighs, The suction does not glide off as shown in the ad!! It sucks in your skin and you have to use force to drag it off! Absolute agony!! Waste of money. I don’t understand all of the positive reviews on this!!

✅ Using the "quick cup and release" technique instead of gliding for sensitive skin.
✅ Applying essential oils before use to reduce friction.
✅ Letting the cup attach for just a split second before releasing, rather than holding it in one spot.

I ordered on 29 January 2025, their email confirmation said 7 day delivery. After 10 days I began trying to track the order no success. I emailed the they said it's on thecwas, it's the distributor's error, the shipping company's error, track on Shop website, check Shevitality's website. All without success actually the Shevitality website said cannot find order. After exchanging emails for over a week and given a different story with each response I advised they yesterday to cancel my order and I will reverse my credit card payment. They said they could not ca cel because it's been shipped. BUT it's has never been shipped. USPS HAS NO RECORD OF THE TRACKING NUMBER, THEIR WEBSITE HAD NO RECORD OF THE ORDER NUMBER GIVEN TO ME. Suddenly today I received an email they are refunding my payment. Which company replirs to your emails for 10 days giving you different stories, saying they can't cancel and suddenly they send an email refunding the payment. ITS A SCAM DONT BUY DONT ORDER

Absolute scam
Absolute scam! Avoid.
The device caused only pain and severe bruising (on level 1). I asked for my "no questions asked money back guarantee" but they instead insisted they had sent me the "wrong product" and wanted to send me the correct product. I reluctantly agreed. The second product was exactly the same of course. When I again asked for my refund, I was told I would have to send both devices back to China at my expense. Needless to say, I still don't have the refund, nor any apology for the physical pain this device has caused me

The rating of three stars is for the customer service I received from Shevitality. They were prompt and professional when I emailed them. I received the incorrect product (cupping device). Shevitality were quick to answer my concerns and send me a replacement. Unfortunately, I received the same product again! At this stage I requested a refund. I wanted to give them a fair review and promised them this on getting a full refund. They were in touch quickly and I received a full refund. Now…what to do with two cupping device kits haha. I didn’t want to take a chance and receive the wrong product again. I’m kinda bummed to be honest as their reviews and star rating were excellent!

I tried to use this product, but the suction is so intense that you have to turn it off and stick your finger in between your skin and the device to get it off. Even with the oil it doesn’t glide at all it’s very painful. I would like a refund.

Back, blue and purple
Unlike some, the product did arrive after quite a long delay (no surprise to learn that it came direct from China). The item arrived with very little instructions - 3 to be precise: 1. Choose intensity level...2. Select heat or red light therapy...3. Glide over skin. I have used the gadget twice, once just to test it out and then on the second occasion for the required '10 minutes on the affected area'. When testing the gadget, I was really quite shocked at the strength of the suction. Suction options 1-20, 1 being the weakest. I had it at number 1 and it griped hold of my skin so badly that I could not release the device, even by switching it off. So for the second attempt, I liberally applied the essential oil and did the recommended 10 minutes. I am now black,blue and purple all over my legs and buttocks, and the bruises are quite painful. It surely can't be good for you to use a device that causes this much internal bleeding. It feels like my buttocks and legs have been dragged for 100's of meters over a very rocky terrain. I would seriously think twice about this item!

The device is designed to work by cupping for just a split second before releasing and moving to the next spot—not by gliding or holding it in place for an extended period of time. This ensures safe and effective use without excessive suction on any one area.

Ordered my massager in October 2024 £44, still hadn’t arrived in December I asked for my money back they refused as the order had been shipped from China! Just check again now 3rd January 2025, reply again is ‘ we are sorry for the delays you are experiencing, I have passed this matter onto our shipping department and will know asap. Have a lovely day ‘!! Obviously I am not having a lovely day and this is the third time in as many months they have passed by enquiry on!!!!!
I can’t have a refund, and I don’t have my massager I really don’t think I am being unreasonable as it is for sale with immediate delivery on Amazon. Very dissatisfied and disappointed customer!!!

I have now received a full refund and a promise of a’resend’ to replace lost massager I have increased the star rating as they at least refunded my money in full after nearly 4 months so I have increased the star rating to 2 if I ever receive the massager I will increase the star rating again.

Still waiting for massager to arrive either the first one ordered last year or the reordered one by the company which was promised in addition to refund for goodwill. Absolutely nothing from Shevitality regarding updates totally useless company, item comes from China,I have had items from other companies from China and they arrived in 2 weeks.
I got an email saying they wanted me to review my posting and star rating but I have reduced it to one again because of the time elapsed and dreadful communication and delivery. Save your money and buy direct from Amazon same item on offer in green and states it is sent from China but at least you have the Amazon support
