Enjoyed the purchase

I’m quite pleased with the ShiftCam LensUltra 1.33x Anamorphic Lens. Its ability to produce a wide, cinematic look has been a game-changer for my video projects. The lens was easy to attach and compatible with my iPhone, Google phone, and Samsung, making it versatile for different devices. The only downside I encountered was the universal phone mount, which occasionally made my screen register phantom touches, affecting some features. Despite this minor inconvenience, the lens has delivered excellent results and is well worth the investment for those looking to achieve a professional look with their mobile videos.

They actually LOOKED for the right solution.

Concern about one section of the ShiftCam Pro prompted me to write their support team for a suggestion. The response was immediate but, even more important, that response was followed up by another message further clarifying my issue and offering a simple solution. I can name only one or two other companies whose response has been so helpful. I am a fan of SmartCam and it’s support team.

I am new to the world of shiftcam and purchased the Pro grip. I wanted more information on the product that I couldn't find the answers online, so I contacted the company. I was put through to a young lady named Shannah Abella, wow, that girl answered every one of my questions and even the ones I hadn't asked. I have been in customer service myself for more that 30 years and it was so refreshing to deal with somebody who actually understand what 'customer service' really means having recently dealt with some blue chip companies who could learn a thing or two from Shannah Abella. Lens flare and no picture quality while using Telephoto lens

Having tried and liked the shiftcam Ultawide lens, I decided to try out the 60mm Telephoto lens. Was a bit disappointed with the clarity and focus of the telephoto lens.
Using the telephoto lens indoors gave be a good results with good zoom and clarity. Also photos taken with low light had surprising results.
It does have the 2X optical zoom which I was looking for. While the images look good while focusing in the view finder the images after the shot was taken does not paint the clear picture.
When the lens is exposed to direct sunlight, the image seems to retain lens flare and the details are not so clear. Tried taking the same picture without the lens they seem to be fine.
Another scenario when taking portrait shots focus kept on switching away from the subject and the image clarity was not so great.
I wish the mounting mechanism using the universal mount could have been magnetic instead of screw type. Over multiple uses, I can hear screeching noise using the universal mount.

Poor service, no delivery and yet no refund impossible

I bought the 129€ pack mid July. It arrived in France a week later. But since then no news from FedEx. I called back three times to plan the delivery, I wrote to the company but they have no news on FedEx part.

I asked for a refund which they denied. The item is already out so it is not an option apparently.

NB : Fedex found the box a month later. I was already gone for vacations and asked for them to return the item. The company refunded me.

I got a Shiftcam LensUltra Macro lens

I got a Shiftcam LensUltra Macro lens - I thought this lens was really fun to play with - it’s hard to get a technically sharp image - you really have to play with distance from the object and getting the lens + phone mount in just the right spot. I don’t love the mount in conjunction with this lens because it’s hard to get it into the right spot and you have to “screw” it right onto the front glass of your phone. The lens in itself is fun but I wouldn’t use to get great or very sharp images.

Glücklicher Besitzer eines SnapGrip

Ich besitze bereits seit einiger Zeit einen ShiftCam SnapGrip und bin damit absolut zufrieden. Meist bleibt er den ganzen Tag an meinem iPhone 15 Pro Max und ich nutze ihn täglich. Der SnapGrip ist so gut konzipiert, ich ihn nicht nur als Griff zum Fotografieren nutze, sondern auch oft als mobile Docking Station für Videotelefonie. Und tatsächlich ist mir das iPhone damit noch nie umgefallen. Als ich nun, nach einem Modellwechsel, den SnapGrip als Powerbank nutzen wollte, funktioniert diese Funktion nicht mehr. Deshalb kontaktierte ich den Kundenservice von ShiftCam und erhielt nach einem Tag eine Antwort von Shannah mit der Anforderung einer detaillierten Fehlerbeschreibung. Anschließend kamen noch zwei weitere Rückfragen an mich und nach 3 Tagen war mein Problem gelöst: Dank ihrer Lösungsvorschläge fand ich heraus, dass es am neuen Case mit MagSafe-Funktion lag, was aber leider die Ladefunktion blockierte. Ich danke Shannah und ihrem Team für ihre schnelle und lösungsorientierte Arbeit, die mir innerhalb derart kurzer Zeit helfen konnten!

Great Business Purchase!

Very Poor Quality - Misleading Ad!

Ordered the macro lensUltra videography kit and required camera case costing £355.13. Arrived promptly. Tested the macro lens on my iPhone 15 Pro, results very poor image quality blurred and out of focus when compared to a photo taken via built in macro on the iPhone without the shiftcam lens. Have requested a 100% refund and stated I will not pay their 20% (£71.02), return / restock charge! Thankfully purchased items Via Amex who hold vendor payments for situations like this.

Further vendor reply. Tried the lens exactly as instructed and attached it to the bracket as instructed on the “M” lens. Also tried it on all other lenses with the same poor results!!! Your vendor reply tries to pass blame for the poor performance of the lens to me insinuating it is user error! I have followed all your how to videos and guides fully. The product is not as advertised a full refund is required. The hassle you are putting me through is a warning to potential customers!!

Macro lens with beautiful bokeh with stunning details

I bought the LensUltra 10x Traditional Macro Lens by ShiftCam and I am so happy with the quality of the glass and the beautiful bokeh with stunning details the lens is able to capture. The focal range is 10-15mm away from the subject so I like to use this for inanimate objects like flowers, plants, water refraction, etc, and I find focusing easier with the hood removed. This lens really takes mobile phone photography to the next level. I also really appreciate the portability factor of this. Highly recommend!

Enjoying the details in my photos

I have to say, i’m pretty happy with this lens! I have an iPhone SE and I find my photos lacking. They are often blurry. So, I ordered the Shiftcam LensUltra 10x Traditional Macro Lens and I can now get beautiful, detailed photos in my garden and out in nature. I like to identify plants, mushrooms, and insects so the detail is really important for me to get the correct identification. I did notice some difference in colors between photos with the lens and photos without the lens. I didn’t mind it. My flowers actually had a really pretty deeper color.
I will say that there is some imperfections on the lens hood but it doesn’t effect the photo. Also the lens hood sometimes pops off when I’m attaching it to the mount but it’s an easy fix. Over all, I’m having fun and happy with the lens. Oh and it comes with a little case that keeps the lens safe from scratches and within easy reach!

EDITED TO ADD: Its amazing how this company is playing dumb. There was a video of the OWNER OF THIS SHIFTCAM COMPANY advertising this $1 promotion on the link I entered my credit card info but suddenly that youtube video of him explaining the promotion is suddenly gone and nowhere to be found on youtube or the original link I used!!!! THIS HONK KONG BASED MAN IS OUT TO GET OUR INFO AND ITS WORKING DO NOT WORK WITH SHIFTCAM ITS A FRONT TO SCAM YOU!!!!!!!!! I HAVE SCREENSHOTS OF THIS YOUTUBE AD THAT DISAPPEARED AFTER AS PROOF!!!! I AM TAKING THIS AS HIGH AS I NEED TO, THEY WRONGED THE WRONG PERSON!

I want to raise awareness about a serious issue I encountered with ShiftCam, which I believe operates as a scam to collect customers' credit card information for fraudulent purposes on SteamGames.com. Initially, I engaged with their $1 pre-order offer, unaware of the deceptive nature of their operations.

Soon after providing my credit card details, unauthorized transactions were made, draining my bank account. This incident highlighted ShiftCam's malicious intent to exploit customer trust solely to obtain credit card information for fraudulent purchases on platforms like SteamGames.com.

It's evident that ShiftCam's practices are aimed at deceiving customers and misusing their personal and financial data. I'm sharing my experience to warn others and emphasize the importance of caution when interacting with such entities.

Non-disclosed costs, shady practice

I received a bill from Fedex for $345 from customs. Shiftcam never disclosed that such a high fee or any fee would be associated with my order. I would have never placed the order with Shiftcam for equipment for my small business if this had been disclosed. This is deceitful and appalling. This company should be avoided unless you go into it okay with an additional 25% added onto your bill after the fact that wont be mentioned or disclosed until you get a bill in the mail.
