Move your mobile photography to a new level

I was indeed excited when I got my new LensUltra 10x Macro Lens! The unboxing was a straightforward and the packaging showed off what the lens can do with some cool before-and-after shots, registering for warranty and making it clear how much it could up my photo game. The user guides were really easy to follow, as well as the video tutorial which was awesome for getting started right away. There’s also the added bonus of a protective case, which is perfect for keeping the lens safe. I was able to attach it to my phone which the mount that came with which was nice and easy —you simply screw it on and done, ready to go! I’d recommend the case over the mount for peace of mind and ease. Using this lens has been amazing. The details and magnification are incredible. The pictures turn out stunning. If you're into macro photography, definitely check this lens out. It’s a game-changer

Highly recommend

Where to start, I have been browsing for a product of this type for while, but never managed to find myself the right lens.
This LensUltra 1.33x Anamorphic Lens is absolutely perfect for the usage I need. I am part of a small independent garage and pictures are very important for us. We wouldn’t be selling cars otherwise. I use my phone on a daily basis and always find difficult to find the right zoom or angle. With this lens, everything is actually easier but more so, to a high quality image. Highly recommend.

I know hardly anything about…

I know hardly anything about cameras/lenses much less camera’s or lenses that you attach to a phone. I purchased my iPhone 15 ProMax because I thought I was getting the best camera and lens experience until I heard about Shiftcam Lensultra. I purchased the Shiftcam Lens Ultra 60mm Telephoto Lens. You need to purchase a phone case for the lens to be mounted on or a universal mount that goes over the phone and you tighten the locking lens system and screw the lens in. There is a video to watch that shows how to set up your phone to use the lens. That part is really easy and it shows you how to align your phone to use the camera and new lens. That part is really easy and your sign up for your lifetime warranty at the end of the video. One thing that I didn’t like and surprised me was the recommendations of apps to improve experience and most of it are free to download but cost weekly or monthly.

Extremely poor customer service 15/12/24 - Still no sign of my order after 3 months of waiting.

Order #SC-GL82081 - Extremely poor service

I placed my order on the 16 September and as at today 7 November it still has not shipped. When I placed my order full payment was taken and the company has sat on my money ever since. I have asked for a full refund and escalated but have been told that you can only cancel in the first seven days. This is not an acceptable level of customer service.

20/11/24 - Still no sign of my order and refuse to refund even though they have not met their contractual obligations. Not good enough

02/01/25 - Still no sign of my order or any response to my recent email. Such poor service.

Pleasantly surprised!

I am not a photographer, but I was excited at the prospect of trying out the ShiftCam Ultra Wide Angle Lens. Installing the lens did take a bit of extra time, but it is not a lens for candid photos. The photos I did take using the wide angle lens surprised me at the difference between that and my regular phone’s lens. The quality and difference between the two photos was remarkable! I highly recommend this product for photographers as well as amateur photographers.

Good customer service

I wanted to het the shiftlens since the 1st time i saw thier advert. So i ordered recently. But i found out the item im ordering was a pre order item ad i need it for my December holiday. Im afraid i might not get it on time so i decided to cancel my order and ask for refund. Good quality lenses


My thoughts on the Shiftcam lenses as a retired professional photographer. I have no connection to Shiftcam

I purchased three lenses 18mm, 60mm, 75mm macro plus the universal adapter

Short version, communication from Shiftcam was good, they replied to my emails and answered my questions quickly.

The metal and glass lenses are high quality and Image quality is very good.

The metal universal adapter works well on different Smartphones.

I recommend them based on my experience using them.

The long version.

I did some research on smartphone lenses including an email conversation with Shiftcam, they responded quickly and helpfully and based on that conversation I ordered three lenses the18mm, 60mm, 75mm macro plus the universal adapter.

First impression when the lenses arrived a few days later was that the packaging was very well made. Later I found that I could stand on a box without crushing it.

Inside the packaging the lenses were well protected and I was pleased to see that it included a lens cloth and brush. The lenses came in a small pouch which included a metal carabiner that had the focal length embossed on it.

The metal and glass lenses feel solid with some heft to them, these feel like high quality lenses IMO. Testing the lenses on a variety of Smartphones using the metal universal adapter worked well. I was pleased with the image quality from these lenses

I think that adding a grip to a phone will also help

I have now sold all of my camera equipment as a smartphone and these lenses suit my needs.

Next to go will be my massive camera backpacks to be replaced by something much smaller.

Forget the rest and just buy the best…

After searching through all the available companies that offered IPhone camera set ups, I started with a very inexpensive off brand camera grip option. I quickly decided that was a waste of money. I returned it and then purchased ShiftCam’s ProGrip and it has not disappointed. I have had my ProGrip for a few months now and just recently received my Workflow Sling Series bag. The ProGrip is like no other, extremely comfortable, versatile and heavy duty while still remaining lightweight. It has helped my phone photography in many ways…attachments can be added/removed with ease (huge win), longer photo sessions are not as tiring on your hand, awkward position shots become easy and last but definitely not least….its added confidence for me. When I pull out my kit, phone hooked in, shoe w/ light attached, shift cam phone cover and the tele 60mm lense attached to that, people don’t view you as a rando person taking pics of them or sites they perhaps are standing in front of, now your a professional photographer getting the perfect shot and you’ve included them in your work. Hey, maybe they are not thinking that and it’s really just giving me that confidence to feel like that, either way, it definitely makes me feel a level of professionalism and freedom to pull out my kit anytime I see a potential shot. The Workflow Sling bag is next level also. Honestly I thought long and hard about purchasing a traditional larger size camera bag instead or possibly even utilizing a bag that I already had, but I’m so glad I went and ahead and purchased this. With no exaggeration, it’s perfectly set up for Phone Photography. While I was concerned it wouldn’t be large enough to store everything I need, the attention to every detail has been thought of. The quality of every stitch, magnet, zipper handle, pocket placement, etc has been so carefully planned out that the size is perfect. This bag gives you peak performance with ease of utilizing anything you’ve packed, all while standing or even moving. Im never needing to lay anything down to go digging, or crouch down for stability while I’m changing gear for a different shot. I can walk while changing lenses, clean lenses, pull my kit out, you name it and never miss a beat. If your a person that every item has its place…then the Sling bag is definitely your vibe. My only ShiftCam regret, is that I didn’t purchase the Deluxe kit in the very beginning.
The service has been great even though I experienced a delay. In my opinion, the true test of a companies morals and performance shows only when you have a problem. My ProGrip came quickly, within the 10 days advertised at the end of the purchase, however my bag took almost a month. Now in fairness, I don’t remember exacts but I waited at least 15-20 days before I emailed ShiftCam. I will add that emailing them was super easy, they have a place on the website you click into it and it walks you through the steps. The representative that responded to my case, Ariana, reached out in less then 12 hours (I emailed after standard business hours) with a super friendly email explaining that she was on it and was going to figure out where my bag was. Long story short, she emailed me a few more times with updates along the way, explaining that she had found my bag which was lost in shipping and was having it routed to me quickly. I want to say I had it within that week of emailing. If you do business with someone long enough, you’re going to have a problem, it’s how they handle the problem that sets a great company apart from a meh one. I tip my hat to Ariana, she treated me as if I was her only customer those of couple days.

Still waiting for a refund

Still waiting for a refund.

Having ordered in June I was told that the initial order had been lost in transit and a further package would be shipped. I was then informed that they couldn’t post this as some of the items were not in stock. Fast forward a month, the part wasn’t in stock still so I asked to cancel the order.

Nearly a week later and I haven’t had a response to say that this has been actioned.

Would avoid this company.

A FRAUDE COMPANY

DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY. IT’S A FRAUDE. WITH THERE RETURN POLICY THEY STEEL A HUGE AMOUNT OF THE PAYMENT.

On July 23, I purchased a number of items from Shiftcam worth €1,594.59, but I quickly realized that I had purchased the wrong - outdated - products and canceled the order the next day. But Shiftcam said it could no longer stop the transmission. So I waited for the box of products to arrive and without opening the box, I immediately returned it. Shipping cost me about 100 euros. In short, this order had cost me around 1700 euros.

But within a few weeks I received a message that only € 989.98 would be refunded.

That's what I call fraud.

Shiftcam then said that “Under our standard returns policy, returns that are not due to a manufacturing defect or damage upon receipt are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Additionally, import duties and customs fees are non-refundable as outlined in our policies.”

Why should it cost me as a customer a couple of 100 euros to put the products back on the shelf?

Completely ridiculous return policy that doesn't serve the customer at all. Not at all, since I was planning to place the same order, but of the updated version. But with their -pricey- return policy, I wouldn't even consider it now. Bah!

So with this message I want to alarm other people to find it valuable that they can better order their lenses and other audiovisual material from a bona fide organization.

Shiftcam is completely done away with for me… So be warned. No matter how friendly and trustworthy "Shannah" or "Amanda" or "Jessica" may sound in the email correspondence, their return policy sucks, big time

What an amazing Customer Service Team…

What an amazing Customer Service Team and Amazing Product. I was shocked by the actual quality of the Items and Packaging....and even more shocked by the customer Service in this day and age. Although it was all by email and you had to wait for overseas time change, (Shannah) who assisted me was amazing. (Ariana) was another Rep who was great as well.
