After more than a month, I got notified that my package was lost. Misleading website made it appear as if the package was received and in storage in Delaware. They charged me $40 for delivery from storage to home, even though that is not possible as the package is lost. I might just as well have sent my valuable belongings to landfill.

The experience I had was really great. And mostly I am able to trust some when I can contact them and get a good response quickly. That's what happened when all my questions were answered by them. I would like to specifically mention John who was my agent when I asked my doubts who solved all of them very easily while being flexible. Great experience 10/10

Seamless shipping experience, complemented by highly responsive and easily accessible customer support.

I shipped a package to their storage letting them know 2 weeks in advance the desired pick up date. Reminded them 3 days before just to receive as response a "no, we are close for the weekend"....as if they didn't know 2 weeks before that they were not open. This resulted in me having to pay them to ship the package somewhere else for something that was entirely their fault.

Due to the resulting lack of trust I asked them to send me a picture of the luggage, never received it.

Finally, they warned me about the expected delivery of the luggage 30 minutes AFTER the delivery was attempted.....

I was extremely impressed with this company. Our particular situation was an emergency. We accidentally left behind 2 pieces of luggage that belonged to my 10-year-old granddaughter. In her luggage was everything. We were traveling by car for three days and only discovered the missing luggage the first night. What was devastating was she didn't have her 'Teddy', her blanket and her pillow. We used the online site to start the process, then I contacted customer service and the gentleman was so kind in helping us finish processing the order. We had our luggage at our destination in the timeframe that he mentioned. And what is so amazing was that it was during Christmas week. The luggage was dropped off by our next door neighbor on the 22nd of December and we received the luggage at our destination on the 26th! I will always use this company for any of my shipping needs! Top notch customer service!

Overall, very good customer service, though some of the pricing is a bit unclear. Otherwise, a good experience.

Using ShipAndStorage for our business to store Conference/Exhibition material and they have been a lifesaver! Being able to see which boxes we have in storage through the Dashboard and simply select which ones to send out is perfect.
