Ship to Box made shipping MacBooks from the US to Kuwait completely painless. I used their tax-free state pincode for the US forwarding address, which saved me a significant chunk on sales tax right off the bat — a real difference when you're buying Apple products. My packages arrived at their warehouse quickly, and their team handled the international forwarding to Kuwait smoothly from there.

What stood out most was the reliability. The MacBooks were packed and protected properly, arrived in perfect condition, and the whole process was transparent — I always knew where my shipment was. Communication was responsive whenever I had a question, and the pricing was fair with no surprise fees at the end.

The repacking service itself works, but the customer service and pricing transparency aren’t great. I constantly felt like I had to pry just to get basic information, like finding out my invoice included a $60 'remote area' fee that wasn't clearly broken down.
Another issue was the support. They were the ones who offered me a discount, but then they ignored my messages for hours when I asked them to actually apply it. When they finally replied, the grand 'discount' was a measly $5.

I purchased a laptop from Best Buy through their service, and unfortunately, I later discovered an issue with the laptop while it was still under warranty. I am currently in contact with both Best Buy and the shipping company regarding the warranty process.

Scam.
Shipped for the first time and a total disappointment. Product amount is around 200g, which cost $45, they quoted me for 9 lbs and $51 shipping.
it doesnt end there, to my surprise the shipping fee does not include custom duties. When the parcel came it only weighed 185grams. No box or anything, just bubble wrap and the plastic from fedex.
Customer service are incompetent.

Had never heard of this company before because I had never imagined there would be such a service. Their customer care from day one to the very last day was amazing and memorable. Even in a time of war they made sure to ensure safe passage of my package and facilitated constant communication between customer and courier until the package was safely in customer's hands.
