A rude and clueless company
On the 30th of July 2025 at approximately 9:55 AM New York time, I spoke with agent 02 over live chat to enquire if Ship To Box delivers class 9 dangerous goods. I was told no, so I ended the conversation. Afterwards I questioned myself if agent 02 really knew what a class 9 dangerous good was, so, I returned to the chat to ask. As soon as it connected, I was presented with agent 07, who immediately disconnected me. This looked like they didn't want to do business with me, but I give Ship To Box the benefit of the doubt that perhaps I just had a crap agent, so I connected again and was once again presented with agent 02, who would then not answer me when I queried if he knew what a class 9 dangerous good was.
A class 9 dangerous good is, for example, a can of deodorant - an aerosol.
I looked up prohibited items on the websites of the couriers that Ship To Box uses, and they state they do handle class 9 dangerous goods, so, Ship To Box is just a really crap mail forwarding company. Not just because their customer service is rude, but also because the company is weak in knowledge and capability.

Great first experience!
I had been looking for a package forwarder that ships perfumes to my country. A lot of other big name mail forwarders would appear on my google search and I’d be met with the disappointment that they were a restricted item. Until one day, Shiptobox, came across my Google search. Mind you, ChatGPT didn’t even suggest these guys to me. I checked their website, and conveniently, had a chat-box that I could use to speak live to an agent of theirs. 24/7 chat. I enquired and what do you know, they said they could ship perfumes. So I went ahead and opened an account. A little nervous as well. It’s normal when you’re about to sign up for a company that you haven’t really heard of.
After creating my account, I went ahead and started ordering a few items to the US address provided by Shiptobox. I don’t know if it’s just me but these people were quick to log the items I ordered into my account when they arrived. Weight, dimensions, all the details. They charged $2 for high quality photos for each item (which would be okay if you had ordered an expensive item), which I did select, and the photos were in HD. Crystal clear. Their competitors charge $10 and upwards for a HD photo. After I was happy with everything, I put in my shipping request, and got a personal message by Hossam on WhatsApp letting me know that they had prepared my shipment and it was ready to be paid for. Hossam has really made the experience great for me. He messaged me from the getgo right after I created my account which was a nice touch. Shipping costs are really good. This is my first time using them, but I’ve been so happy this whole experience, and I can’t wait to receive my package!

My Item got lost
They say they didn't receive my item from Walmart while Walmart courier pictured it at a warehouse door.
They say this is not their warehouse, which could be the case or not who could say, but the infuriating part is that after delivery from Walmart, their customer service say the warehouse is closed on Sunday, the day it got delivered, which is a piece of info they never mentioned, and the agent just keeps saying USA is off on Sunday, which is not an excuse since delivery services work on the weekend.

I regret not knowing about this company before
What a great experience I've had with ShipToBox, I've used them to forward ship around 20 items so far and never had an issue with any of them. Most of my items are expensive electronics and never had them mysteriously lost in the warehouse.
My favorite things about them:
- VERY fast shipment registration, the fastest I've ever experienced.
- Quick shipping process, I only need to keep some credits on my payment card and they will prepare, charge and ship my item automatically without me having to log in for each step
- The prices are very reasonable "Fedex" and I've been happy with their pricing so far.
- Customer service is top notch and I get message and updates regarding my order on whatsapp. The team will reach out to me at any time and value me as a customer. Special thanks to Hussam and Adham.
