I have been wanting to try this brand for a long time and decided to go for it and am so glad I did. The products are gorgeous, I’m totally hooked and really wish I’d tried them sooner. They arrived quickly and wrapped beautifully. Am pleased with the whole experience

This is a great company for skincare. Though the prices are little high they are doing well for aged skin. However, they are not doing well enough they used to do it. Performance is lost somewhere in pricing. 40 plus Women needs result

Eyes serum is ok but very pricey , not sure if I will by it again ?

Arrived quickly, nicely packaged. Absolutely love this oil cleanser. My face looks so fresh and feels wonderful.

The shiseido powder foundation is fantastic. I used the shade oak for my Mac studio fix powder n foundation colour NC 37 ( new formula) . The shiseido goes in seamlessly and is not drying at all. I have the terribly dry skin and am mature. Its just amazing. The only thing I would suggest is adding slightly brighter pigments to it. So it lifts and brightens the complexion, esp for tanned skin tones. The new formula Mac does brighten but this sheseido is less drying, and less makeup looking but still covers amazingly. Inreally enjoy it. Oh and the packaging is slim and classy too. So fits nicely for touch ups in handbag

Lovely item. Christmas gift so not unwrapped, but sent in tissue and sealed with sticker. Loved the samples of creams and perfume I was sent too. Very happy.

I'm a fan of Shiseido products after first using them when I lived in Asia. Since returning to UK have found less and less concessionaires selling this brand, so decided to order direct. Delivery time was fairly average and there were no free samples when it arrived, although they mention they're included in their promo literature. So whilst the underlying product is as great as always the rest of the experience was quite disappointing.
