Hygienist appointment
I recently had a hygienist appointment at Shmile practice with Abigail and Visa. It was a fabulous experience. Abigail is the best hygienist I have ever had. Visa is extremely helpful . I felt like I had a new set of teeth after my appointment. I didn't feel any discomfort during my treatment.
I would recommend Abigail and Visa to everyone.
The entire team at the practice is very friendly and welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful.
I look forward to my next appointment.

A Calming Experience
I recently visited Shmile, and my experience was truly exceptional. I arrived feeling nervous, but the warm and welcoming atmosphere immediately put me at ease. From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with friendly smiles, setting a positive tone for my visit.
Abigail, in particular, stood out for her gentle approach and understanding demeanor. Her professionalism and care made a significant difference, and I left the clinic feeling remarkably calm.
To top it all off, I received a lovely goody bag on my way out, which was a nice touch. Overall, Shmile has earned a solid 10 out of 10 from me—it’s hands down the best dental clinic I’ve had the pleasure of visiting so far.

Had an extraction today by Dr Ismail…
Had an extraction today by Dr Ismail Dumenci . I had been putting it off for several months as I have a dread of dentists. Dr Ismail put me at ease straight away he calmed me down explained everything carefully and during the procedure kept me updated about what he was doing. This was one of my best dental experiences to date and I will not hesitate or delay going for further treatment with him.

An absolute fantastic experience from…
An absolute fantastic experience from start to finish . I called yesterday afternoon explaining I had broken part of my front tooth the receptionist sent me a what’s app link for my photo to be shown to dentist . I had an appointment made for 9am the next day with an amazing realistic price (I had been quoted twice as much at my dentist ) . All the staff are welcoming and put you at ease , Dr Ismail worked his magic and within 10 minutes he had restored my smile and confidence. I can’t thank the whole team enough .

I am so pleased I found Shmile.As soon as you walk through the door you get a very warm welcome.
I had not been to a dentist for several years due to being extremely nervous.I have had appointments with Dr Ismail and the Hygienist Abigail both made feel relaxed and comfortable explaining the procedure and checking I was OK. Composite bonding experience
After a lot of a research and looking around for the best dentist I chose to go to Shmile Bromley to get my composite bonding. The team are so kind and personal, from the consultation to the end result I couldn’t be happier with my new smile. Dr Ismail was so lovely and very thorough with his work.

Amazing experience for a great price!
I don’t leave reviews often but it was an amazing experience as soon as I walked through the door! Booked for a hygienist appointment, when I came in I was greeted by a very helpful + friendly male receptionist and the appointment itself with the dentist was a great experience! I will definitely be back and highly recommend others to book with them☺️

Exceptional
I took my mother to this practice in an emergency. Dr Ismail swiftly diagnosed the problem and treated a complex root canal. Everything about our experience has been exceptional - Dr Ismail’s expertise and after-care, the friendly and professional receptionist, the email and text communications, the user-friendliness of the online registration process, and the helpful staff. Great composite bonding experience
I had a very positive experience with SHMILE for my composite bonding. I can’t believe it only took one visit to get such great results. Dr. Ismail did an excellent job on my teeth, and the communication was smooth throughout the whole process—from the initial consultation to the final touches.
SHMILE also sends me reminders every six months for regular teeth cleaning, which makes everything feel convenient and easy. I only visited the clinic yesterday for a quote, and today I’ve already had 16 teeth done. It’s incredibly efficient—I’m genuinely impressed.
I also got a night guard following Dr. Ismail’s recommendation, and now I feel more confident about my dental health. Overall, it’s been a really good experience.

This clinic is fantastic
This clinic is fantastic! They are very professional and friendly, i had a wonderful experience with the receptionist, with the dentist Ismail and with his assistant, i was super scared and anxious about a tooth extraction, it took Ismail only 10 minutes to do the job but during those 10 minutes they made sure i was distracted with music, they kept talking to me and re-assuring me, they even texted me the next day to make sure i was ok. I highly recommend them and will definitely come back
